I can only assume all these so called “happy customers” are all fake ! Just like this product.
Bought the under eye tightening cream, and it is absolute crap !!! Doesn’t do a single thing. Plus the fact they are using other peoples images on the net to sell their product who DO NOT ENDORSE THIS FAKE PRODUCT. Tbh they should be sued for absolute false advertising. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS !!!

From the day when I placed my order to the accurate feedback and finally the delivery: I am more than pleased..it couldn't be better.

Never had such a bad experience.

Was sent 3x the wrong items through a glitch in their own website.

They blamed me for it in an email. 🤯

Then I sent the package back in time (and with proof of postage) that I HAD TO PAID FOR!! and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!

Useless product, if i could give 0 stars I would, arrived quite quick but I was so disappointed with the product, it made no effect whatsoever apart from making my skin itch, I would have returned but because the company expect you to return at your own cost & due the high shipping charges I decided the best place for it was in the bin!! please, do your research & read the reviews before buying as it is a complete waste of money!

I made an order a week ago. it's written in there website than the delivery in 1 or 2 days, it's been a week. no news, and no one is responding to my emails. I think I have been skammed here and I'll just never receive anything.

Worst experience ever, don't purchase from them.

As I have never ordered from Celini before, I was a bit worried about what to expect from them. However, they surprised me by having it delivered in only 2 days from Belgium to the Netherlands! In addition, my shopping on their website was very easy and Celini's prices are the best compared to other websites.

I placed my first order by Celini because I found all the kerastase products I was looking for and for a good price! They sent it on the same day of purchase and I received it the following day. Would definitely buy again! and Thank you!

I found Celini while looking for a product in Google Shopping. The price of the product that I was looking for was way lower in Celini than the other websites. I didn't know this company, but I decided to try it. So, I placed my order yesterday morning, and I already received it today! I also got a couple of nice product samples. Celini just got a faithful client!

I ordered few items last week and I have been chasing to know about the delivery date but no answer.

I received a response after 1 week and I got my products. They should be able to communicate properly on email whenever there is a delay on the delivery.

I ordered a couple of products on the French based site (Celini.fr) and everything went well. I actually had to contact the costumer service as I didn't receive the mail a client is supposed to receive after having confirmed the payment and the order but they reassured me. They only had a bug in their email system in those days but my order was well received and already shipped, in fact I received it the day after, only three (working) days after the day I purchaised the products online. The only thing is that one of the products arrived with spillage on the external packgaging, since the spray wasn't securely closed. Nothing major, but without this little problem everything would have been rated 100% perfect. I will be purchaising more products from them as the prices are so competitive and I suggest them to anyone who wants to spare some (substantial) money.

I have ordered products for haircare since 26 january..a week later I asked them via email why didnt I get it yet..but there was no respond from them

I received my order, but I got 3 products out of 4. I have a missing item. I tried to contact them in different ways, nobody has answered.

I find there hair products that I cannot find anywhere else. And the speed of the delivery is insane! I often order from celini.be and the products are usually shipped on the day of my order placement.

I ordered with you over a month ago.
Products still haven’t arrived and there has been no response to my mails.
I know nothing about where the products are that I BOUGHT or if i will ever get them.
I have been patient, but this is just bad customer service. Not even responding to my messages on any of your platforms.

*After this review I got my products. Just wish there would have been more communication. All products were there and they added a few samples.

By far the best prices and very fast delivery. One of my bottles was even broken in the box (from transportation), they just send me a new one 😃
