Great Service, always do your research before you go online shopping as I really had a bad experience with online shopping, my phone got damaged and due to the lockdown all shops are closed so i decided to order a refurbished phone online after checking out on some companies i choose a company who are advertising phones very cheap so I order one for myself but I didn’t receive any phone for 3 weeks and after chasing them a lot they told me that they are out of stock and they will issue refund. I was very upset as I need phone for my work then my friend referred Cellcrazy, I called them and luckily they got the bigger memory iPhone X in stock, I placed my order and my phone arrived after 2 days the phone is like new. I am still waiting for my refund from the first company but I will definitely recommend Cellcrazy.

On 23/05/20 I ordered and paid for an iPhone XS Max but as yet have not received it. After a lot of chasing I received an email on 19/06/20 to say they had already processed a refund but I have yet to receive my money. Like most people I can't afford to just give away £590 and really upset that they feel that they can treat people this way. I suppose this review will be reported to trust pilot like the last one and removed for "investigation" so that people can't see what there like.

Parked easily outside their small tidy unit on Slough Estate.Handed over phone for battery replacement & took seat in pleasant uncluttered premises.Phone returned to me in less than 30mins working fine,cost £50 as quoted with 6 month guarantee.
Other places quoting up to a 5 day turnaround.
Will certainly recommend these boys & will use them again.
