Fast service, great communication and offered the most money for my iPhone

Sold my iPhone 8 with Cell Crazy, even with delayed postal service they turned around the sale in a few days from me posting my phone.

Super easy to use. Within 4 days of accepting the price offered (which was the highest out of all other companies!) the money was in my bank. The owner kept me informed throughout, letting me know when my device had arrived, that all was ok and then to confirm they had made payment. Have recommended this company to all of my friends.

Cell Crazy were absolutely amazing, I'd just had a really bad experience with another online electronics retailer and the difference could not have been more obvious. I ordered a 64GB Samsung Galaxy A50 from their website and the next day I received a call from Cell Crazy explaining that they had a supply issue and would instead be sending me a 128GB model for no additional cost! If that wasn't impressive enough, they called me back again later apologising that the 128GB model wasn't available either, but instead they'd be giving me the upgraded model, the Samsung Galaxy A50S, again for the same price as my original order. Each time they were extremely polite and friendly, profusely apologised, and asked for my colour preference of the available options. Delivery was prompt and the phone came in perfect condition with a screen protector already applied which was great because I hate putting on those dang things. Cell Crazy were wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough, and I want to thank them for their fabulous customer service!

Very pleased with my iPhone XS Max in pristine condition from cellcrazy. A few visible scratches however very happy with the service and product.

So happy with my phone. I bought a pristine iPhone 8 Plus. When it arrived there were a couple of visible chips on a corner but I spoke with someone and was reimbursed £15 and I’m still extremely happy with the product.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my repairs done. They are friendly, quick and efficient
