I recently ordered a replacement battery for my old flip phone from childhood, as the original battery had become bloated and was no longer functional. The new battery from CellePhone works perfectly in my phone, and it’s been performing great so far. I’m hopeful it will last for a long time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.
I placed an order, and after a month of unproductive communication, they sent it via DHL, but it was returned to them without ever reaching me. Since then, there has been no further communication. They took my money and disappeared. It’s a scam – don’t waste your time.
I got DHL tracking code when I asked via email 4 days from order date. Daily checking from DHL system show that shipment is still in Germany 16 days since order. I sent email to CellePhone and got answer. They will start investigation with DHL and this will take 14 days. I have not received any information since. I got my money back 37 days from order date.
