This is a scam

This is a scam. The company likes to look like it is Mobile Signal Boosters NZ but it isn't at all - I only found this out because the real Mobile Signal Boosters, a company in the U.K. had to find out who this business actually is and let me know. Do not purchase from them. Scam.

Scam company - Avoid

This company is a scam. Avoid!
I purchased a booster on 17th Jan and then heard nothing about the status until I tried to contact them over and over. They didn't respond via email, nor does anyone answer the phone number. Eventually I got an email reply on 23rd Jan where they said they are sorry to report that their ordering software has completely lost my order and the entire thing has been cancelled. They said the best approach is for them to provide a new order link with a 10% discount to reorder. Yet, they did not say anything about how I would get my existing money returned.
I ended up getting a call back from the support number and the lady said she would look into refunding my money and would reply to my email. She never replied again.
I started emailing again, and got a reply on the 24th saying that now they are having a problem with their financial service provider, and cannot process a refund until after April 12th!
I called the support number again. No answer. Eventually she called me back and I told her this is unacceptable. She made excuses that she is not the finance department and this is a business and they cannot do anything about my funds. But she would try to get a refund. I never got an email from her, like she promised.
After I complained more via email, I got another reply saying there is nothing they can do to refund my money, and I can report it to my bank if I want.
