Brilliant device, starting to see results after 1 week. The down side is that it’s very uncomfortable to use which is why I’ve only given it 4 stars and not 5.

I bought the neckleray and have been using it daily now for 6 weeks on the red mode only. Difficult to say there is a visible improvement at this time, but I'm in this for prevention and retention of my 51 year old neckline, which is where I can detect the first visible signs of aging. Really easy to use, I find the neckleray very close fitting, and am having to charge every 3-4 uses, but no big deal. In this for the long haul, it's an investment worth making.

I've been using the mask for around 4 months now and have seen significant improvements in tone, texture and firmness, even a slight lift of my jowls. I'm so impressed with it and very glad I made the investment. It is of a different class to my previous LED facial mask. I've now bought the neck ray and I'm looking forward to seeing similar results for this area. Hopefully, Cellreturn will have a hand mask available soon.

In a short time of using this LED mask I have noticed a real improvement in my skin. I’m using the red and infrared light for my 50+ skin. I’m finding I don’t really use much foundation now as my skin has a nice even tone and sort of glow. It is expensive but it’s one of the top LED masks compared to others I had researched. I really do think it’s a great investment to help with different skin concerns. I would definitely recommend the Cellreturn LED mask

I’ve been using the CELLRETURN for about 9 days and I can already see an improvement in my skin. It looks fresher and smoother. It’s easy to use and charge. I did look on YouTube to properly understand how to use it as the instructions were quite basic. It was packaged really well and arrived quickly.

I live in the US and the package came in relatively fast not sure what to do or where to register the equipment though…

Product arrived promptly and fairly well packaged.

Unfortunately the product holds barely enough power for three uses and therefore requires frequent charging. The company says this is because they have balanced product weight with charging frequency, which makes little sense for a product you sit on; the mask I get, but not the Wheroes. I feel the product is faulty but they say three charges is acceptable, even though as I said it just about does three uses, twice it has started the low power speech during use.

In communication with the company they have said the product should hold 3-4 uses per charges, then 3 uses and now just 2 uses per charge. The suggestion is now that it is used plugged in; I am unclear whether this is meant to be a rechargeable or plugged in product (in which case it needs a decent cable as it currently needs a UK adaptor to be used).

I am unhappy and seeking a refund as none of this was made clear at point of sale. Equally neither is the refund policy or terms of sale.

I cannot say if the product is actually that useful at this stage as it is repackaged awaiting collection.

Prompt delivery and after only a few days skin is showing signs of rejuvenation. Great product.

This is a good opportunity for me to rave about the support and product.

Came within 2 days of order. Beautifully well packaged. Seeing results already.

I experienced an issue with the carrier which I was unable to resolve myself despite by best efforts, but contacted Cellreturn who responded to my email very quickly and contacted them to resolve the problem. Very pleased with the service I received from Cellreturn but, given the cost of my purchase, I was disappointed with the service and lack of communication from the carrier.

Loving my cell return LED face mask & neckle ray.
These arrived so quickly as only received 2 days after ordering.
Cell Return are a well organised company who respond very quickly to any emails and have YouTube videos explaining all you need to know from what to find in your delivery, installing & all about the settings.
Also included are eye shields that you don’t really need to use and dust covers for both my items.
I’m so pleased and can’t wait to see the difference in my skin as only on day 2 of use.

The lamp is great but the delivery was slow, the parcel failed to arrive until after the third message; two days late. This meant I had to stay at home for two days more than should have been necessary had the parcel been delivered when you first claimed it would.

Excellent product, can't wait to see an improvement.
