they say the goods are delivered but we received nothing and the tracking numbers they supply are invalid.

it's time this company had their paypal and facebook account suspended then misrepresent goods then delay and delay before insisting you send it back internationally when it was shipped locally . Absolute Scam avoid them

Do not buy anything from them. They intentionally send you the incorrect product - a cheap inferior useless product - and then expect you to pay for the return shipping knowing that you'll just give up the argument eventually.

I would like to know if it has been sent and when doa I expect to receive it.

On their website, Cellrizon advertised and showed pictures of a "STAR WARS DEATH STAR GIANT WALL DECAL". The pictures clearly showed a wall decal that was at least 3 1/2 feet across.... I received a wall decal that was about 12 inches.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Buy beware, Cellrizon did not list dimension - that should have been the first red flag.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered.Goods only partly delivered. Many promises - all broken. Don't order, but if you do use PayPal and escalate in good time.

Bought an android endoscope that did not work and having problems getting service, the web site has no place to tell about product, i am not pleased with their service , they said they would send a new one quite a while ago, now after complaining again they say they are reviewing my request, most of these sites are flyby night and would not trust them if you have a problem, very poor service

I ordered a phone case and after the charge was placed, was informed by email that it would be 5 to 8 weeks. I sent back that I wanted it canceled as it would take too long. Then I get a reply saying it was processed and would be shipped to me that day, would have it in 5 days. A week later no case and was told it would be another 2 weeks, as they didn't have it after all. Canceled immediately.

I would love to be able to attach a picture of the item on my wall. It is nothin like the photo by Cellrizon. I received the death Star wall sticker crushed in the post. It was not rolled into a cardboard tube, that anyone with half a brain would do in order to stop it getting crushed. Well, it arrived crushed and my son and I are very disappointed.

Terrible Company. Sham. Advertise nice products but garbage and do not deliver most. What they do deliver is garbage. Stay away. suspect its a Chinese Front operation. Not US or Canada..

They made me select a star or I would have given them none. Please do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered two charging cords. They took over a month to arrive and then neither of them work. Complete junk! Of course, there is no means of refund or return either.

I've ordered 2 items from Cellrizon and have been 100% DISsatisfied on both orders. The first item was a andriod phone case with a small compartment in the back for credit cards. It fit my phone but when using it, it doesn't allow you to charge it, it won't work with a wireless charger. The door to the small compartment is impossible to open making it useless. I paid $12.99 for it plus shipping and waited over a month to get it. I'm no longer using it.
The other item I ordered was the photo lens you attach to your iPhone. I ordered 3 early in December as stocking stuffers and a white elephant gift for my office party. A week after placing the order I received an email stating my item has shipped from "China" (December 5) and I repeatedly checked and that's all the updates I've received. Here it is January 9 and I still have not received the item. I have emailed their customer service to ask for a refund and all I get is an email with a discount coupon for future purchases. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Had I known the items all ship from China and would take over a month to get, I would have probably not ordered from this company.
Buyers beware!

No contact information. No product 1 month later. No tracking. I could go on about them, but I think that pretty much sums it up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. you will lose your money.

I never received my merchandise and it has been over a month. I have tried to contact them through email which is the I my form of communication they provide and only received one email back and they said they delivered and they had a confined signature and I asked them to give me the name of the person that signed receipt of the package and they have not given me that information and that was two weeks ago. Buyer beware of this company.

I ordered a item for my wife for Xmas, and it was a month ago or longer , it has yet to arrive, and all communication has been confusing.

Ordered a sky map/stars for my daughter for Christmas. was NOT informed they would ship from China for 4 days, then received a series of conflicting emails as to my order was "shipped" to my order was "preparing to ship" all communication with Cellrizon was met with a never ending attempt to ignore their deception and refused all responsibility and no refund was offered. I am disputing with my CC and caution you to avoid this company at ALL costs. any money saved is not worth the purchase or having to deal with dishonest and immoral people.

I ordered a simple charger. It has been a month and I did not receive it and I wrote them 4 times without a response. Scammers. Glad I paid with paypal

Somehow shell case containing the item I purchased was broken. Upon looking further so was the phone protector shield (my purchase) was broken also. I've been trying to contact them. Says go to info@..... I see it here at the bottom, haven't found it elsewhere. So if your listening postpone buying for a minute n think, beware you've been warned.
It says from China. Customer service, I can't find info on them.
