Ibigi was so much cheaper than my home…
Ibigi was so much cheaper than my home carriers roaming service. It saved me a ton of money, especially traveling with a family of 4 who all want data access. We got each person the 10gb for 30 days plan and it was plenty for a 2 week trip. Just try to use Wi-Fi when you're in the hotel or at a restaurant, and save your mobile data for navigation, Uber, etc.

I payed for unlimited MB’s, then I do not expect poor bandwidth but full 5G. I visited places where 5G is available, however I was not allowed to choose 5G. LTE was the max I was allowed to use 😕.

Unable to connect in Malaysia…
Initially I connected to Ubigi upon arrival in Malaysia after signing up for the 7 day data package, but for the majority of my 4 day stay I was unable to connect. I had “assistance “ via Ai help but still unable to connect. Very disappointed

I had experienced a long and unsuccessful esim setup process with another company and finally gave up on them to opt for Ubigi - the provider my wife uses.
It only took 10 minutes and I was up and running.
The e-sim was slightly cheaper and I think the usage information Ubigi has it better than the other provider.

Zero help when you need it
Zero help when you need it. Ubigi is setup for 1 account, 1 purchase. They don't issue a QR code when you purchase the esim, you need to have the app installed on your phone. Problem arise you are trying to purchase multiple swims for one trip for your family. No way to install on multiple phone. What's more you you reach out to the company for help you get Nothing! Very frustrating. Will advise other not to purchase for a family, only if you need 1 esim for yourself.
