Please do not use this company. They take your money, make promises and do not deliver. They stop turning up and stop answering any calls. Never ever experienced builders like this. It has been 6 weeks since they last turned up and don't bother to explain why they have stopped. Just completely ignore us. I would highly recommend you do not pick this company.

Terrible company, every excuse known to man has been used as to why they haven't turned up to complete work that has been scheduled. Empty promises, poor communication and complete disregard to how living without a bathroom and kitchen for weeks with children is having a negative impact on us all. DO NOT USE these cowboys.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Warning stay well clear. Go to a proper company even if more expensive. Took over 8 weeks to get my deposit back. Absolute cowboy outfit.

The worst people i’ve ever dealt with.

A 10/12 week job is almost 6 months on and still nowhere near completion.

Left without a bathroom for 2 weeks and will be longer and no answers on the phone as to why the bathroom fitter hasn’t turned up or if he will do

Celsius have been a nightmare to deal with from start to (not even) finish. A 5 week project has dragged on for 5 months. There’s still some outstanding work that has been promised but I have no faith they’ll come back and complete it. Here are the details of our experience with them:

- Work was supposed to start 29th January. This was confirmed in writing and I rang the office the week before and they confirmed verbally 9am 29th Jan. We were getting a new kitchen with knock through into the dining room, and downstairs loo installed. We sold the old appliances and packed our bags to move out for the build (I am pregnant and have a toddler so we couldn’t live in the property with the building work going on). They never showed. No one knew what was going on.
- Work did start the next week, with an admittance that Liam (Contracts Manager) hadn’t booked us into the system and that the holiday rota wasn’t checked.
- Work was slow and we never knew if / when someone would turn up. Communication was none existent and when it was, it was sometimes bare-faced lies such as X is on his way to you, and then X would never turn up. We were constantly given revised dates to complete, which were never achieved.
- Liam was our main point of contact and was extremely difficult to get hold of. The office would just say to contact him directly, but he would never answer the phone to us. When we did speak to him, he was rude and didn’t care about the stress and issues that the delay to the work was causing us.
- We never received a copy of the kitchen design. Liam showed me a basic blueprint on a laptop screen. I asked for a copy of to review with my husband who was unable to make the meeting. He agreed. Then never sent it. My husband never saw the design at all and I only saw it briefly on a screen once so couldn’t really assess whether it was what we wanted. It was ordered and delivered anyway. We didn’t really know what was going in until they started to build it. The design is okay, but there’s wasted space and the stopcock is unreachable because of the cupboard layout Liam had picked. Had we actually been consulted on the design of our own kitchen, we would have done things a bit differently. These changes, Frank (the owner) has promised to make retrospectively (mainly so we can access the stopcock) but he has ignored every call and message we have sent him in the past 2 weeks.
- We’ve also noticed the draws are catching and some of the materials are pealing already. This kitchen has only been in for 2 months! I don’t think it will last long. They said they offer a 10 year guarantee, but if I can’t even get them to complete the work they promised now, I don’t trust they would come back in 1, 2 or 9 years to fix anything.

Overall, I think the main issue is they take on too many jobs and spread themselves too thin. They can’t keep to their own promises and management don’t care about customer service or communication.
Having seen other reviews, it looks like we got off quite lightly. Other people have had it much worse. If you’re wondering why you’ve not seen that may negative reviews it’s because towards the end of your project, you’ll receive a call offering you a discount if you leave a ‘good review’ for them.

So please be wary of what you see online. Many negative reviews that have been put up in the past couple of months have suddenly, and suspiciously, been taken down.

My advice? Avoid this company. Using Celsius has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had.

The worst company to deal with, very unprofessional, unreliable, rude, arrogant customer service. Liam and Frank (the owner) are bullies that call with treats, and lie about all works to be done, the schedules etc.
Our house was left in a worse condition than when they started, quality of job is very poor. There is no communication with the company, they never get back, contractors are coming not being briefed of the work they suppose to do.
Been in touch with other customers that went through the same nightmare.
Avoid at all cost as it's not worth your stress and you will waste a lot of money.

We used Celsius for bifold doors, French doors and windows. They were great from start to finish. Would highly recommend them

After a delayed start the bathroom/toilet (two separate rooms) make over into one wet room looks amazing. The wall quartz tiles in particular. Jay, the main fitter was amazing. Arriving 8.30-9am each day and only leaving before 6pm on days when something needed time to dry.

I found the whole process from discussion and measurement of windows to installation of windows and aftercare excellent.
I am very happy with the results and will use them again

We chose Celcius to do our double extension & porch. We also got our kitchen done & 3x bathrooms installed along with a new roof. The whole process took 18 weeks from start to finish... everything is very good quality & the teams we had working on different parts of the extension / inside work were all professional and we are very happy with our new home & would recommend Celcius to anyone wanting an extension or other home improvements. We had direct contact with the lads & Frank and felt confident when we needed something it would be sorted ASAP. We also lived in the house whilst the works were being done & they were considerate to me and my kids & worked very fast. They also didnt mind putting in the extra hours to get things finished for us. Thanks everyone, Amy & Mike :)

Recently had a new 'solid door' and frame fitted. Couldn't be happier. The fitters, Billy and Tom arrived nice and early and got stuck straight in. No lunch break, just worked through. At the end of the job, everything was left clean and tidy. Both a credit to Celsius. Would definitely us again.

I had new windows and a front door and bifold fitted by Celsius home improvements there sales rep came out with a few different samples of windows I picked the one I liked and they was installed 3 weeks later by billy and Paul they done a fabulous job very clean and tidy would highly recommend
