Booked a service for my filters and…
Booked a service for my filters and asked the technician will have a look at the sait machine as it needed to be cleaned. Said it didn't and obviously needed to be cleaned as service over due couple of months. Rang office and staff said they don't usual clean the machine but will help and I didn't mind paying extra for this. Still waiting on call back. Technician was very un helpful if I wanted to ask any questions about my system. If I wanted to up grade my system

Poor experience.
Disgusted that we paid up in advance of an annual service, and now we have more problems than we had previous. Water level in unit to overflowing and now making its way through the outflow on to a new patio. We have to wait 10 days before a technician can return to solve the current issue.
