Whole home water softener win
We had a whole house water softener and drinking water filter fitted a bit over a year ago. We wish we had done it a lot sooner. To say it has changed the house would be an understatement.
The annual service was done and no hiccups. Easy to arrange and the engineer was great.
Customer service is great. We had an issue with a drippy drinking water tap during the year and it was fixed ASAP.

Customer service and communication needs improvement
Thanks for the delivery. There was unfortunately a strange issue with your confirmation of the order. It arrived much later than expected and when I emailed and called numerous times to follow up, nobody could tell me what was happening. This is generally a basic problem for any customer services to deal with so I did find that quite odd.

Ken came for the annual service and…
Ken came for the annual service and while home ,I tried to show him some oily /greasy staff that was coming from a joint of a tap that provides drinking water. He didn't seem helpful to try and have a look to check what could be the problem. He just went servicing and left
I had to call the office to get a response and solution when this could have sorted there and then.

Once your employee left my house and…
Once your employee left my house and after he was done with the maintenance of the water softener, the water softener started to leak resin bead.
He didn't check the softener at all, only throw more salt from the bag I had and left.

I ordered salt online because the website promised a 48-hour delivery window. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my order. The customer service has been incredibly bad, and I am extremely disappointed. I will never use this company or order anything from them again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
