Service fee €180 is too much as the service man just changed the drinking water filter and played with settings on panel. That's all and I had to pay €180 for that.

Could be better
Engineer came after 10 and he was supposed to be here between 8 and 10. This left my husband late for an appointment.
The engineer also neglected to tell us the hot tap needed to be run for a while to clear it. Hot top water was discoloured and had really bad taste until we figured this out

I got a call about 3 days before the appointment to confirm the eircode and was advised that I would get a call from the engineer on the day before!
No call on the day, I had to phone the office in the afternoon for an update and it was only then did I get a call from the engineer. Had waited in all morning, not acceptable.

Culligan water
Booked a service call and no service guy turned up and stayed in all day
Service was re booked and I was given a €40 discount for the inconvenience
Rang culligan head office on two occasions and got cut off after 10 minutes holding with message that this is invalid number!!
Service is not the same standard since they took over EWT
