Leaving a complaint about the package, looks like it's been stepped on and there's no inventory list in it.. and axe shaft just fell of the packaging.. and we found only one axe wedge (of course I'm not entirely sure was there supposed to be just one.. I was expecting two), of course only the lack of inventory list and not making sturdy enough package is Cwm:s fault. Plus I am not able to sign up in CWM page.

I ordered 2 bottles of oil for my replicated katana, wakizashi and one panto. Also one made by a friend who works with different metals (folded steel, Damascus like) W40 eveporates to quickly, but this does the job. Fast delivery as well.

I had a problem with an item ordered. They replaced it quickly without even requiring a return. Excellnt service.

i recieved the bayonet for the 1842 enfield muzzle loading rifle , but i did,nt realise it was a repro plus it won,nt go on the gun it wo,nt go past the forward sight

Where to start, First there was supposed to be immediate despatch, this FAILED, then the documentation was incorrect, which held it up at Customs, Then delivery issues, and now to find only half a tent has been supplied, and as for trying to contact these people- its a nightmare, Bots here there and everywhere. SO difficult to get a straight answer to anything slightly different.

I ordered the Feltwell sword replica. The blade has a bend in it and is twisted at the tip. I asked to exchange it but my two e-mails were ignored. I asked the payment handler (PayPal) to step in and the seller offered a return if I pay the return costs. This breaches the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which state that the seller is obliged to pay costs of return if the item is defective.

Sword was very poorly packed in a far too large box with almost no padding: box arrived badly dented.  Unsurprisingly, the contents were damaged in transit. I asked if they could replace it quickly as it was for a birthday gift: no, I must return it first for a refund because they can't send another until the first is returned and refund processed.  Only, their return address label system is broken! Kept me waiting several days and only sent me a return label when I said I would be asking for a credit card chargeback if they didn't.

I had to pay out twice to a different supplier for the birthday gift to get it in time.

Customer service did respond quickly, but don't seem to actually do anything else, even though it's very definitely their problem and their fault: you can't blame the courier for damaging an item so poorly packed, and the policy of keeping a customer's money even when their returns system is broken stinks.

It's now nine days since I returned the item and still no refund, and no answer to my email enquiring when the refund will be paid. 

This company should urgently review its refund policy and issue a refund to me immediately.

I regret buying from this company, this was my second order and I will buy similar items in future, but not from here.

As described, very good quality products and arrived earlier than expected. I ordered a mixed riveted chainmail shirt and they even threw in a riveter free with no extra charge. Highly recommend, would purchase here again 👍
