The package I ordered came quickly, but in a absurdly large box with ridiculous amount of backage material. That's a another minus.

Just to update, money is refunded (some small amount is missing but that is not problematic), I updated the rate from 1 to 3 stars as you did your best to resolve the issue, regarding EORI number, this is for companies or people who do large imports, you should check with your delivery partners...

Beware, this is not a legitimate business, but rather a huge scam.
I purchased a pair of identical items from them. One of the two came seriously damaged. Their website's return policy suggests they would send you a shipping label for return. So I contacted them, expecting to receive one. First I didn't hear back from them. The next week I tried writing them again, making clear that if I didn't hear back I would start a paypal case.
That's when they did eventually write back, asking if I had returned the item!!! Mind you, no communication or return label up to that point. Then they suggested that they don't have return labels for my location. Mind you, I'm in a neighbouring country, not the other end of the world. They suggested I pay the return fee and then later there would be a reimbursement.
At that point seeing how shady and unprofessional the whole situation had been, I said no. I would not be paying for what would have been a massive shipment cost myself. Instead I would open a PayPal case and let them sort it out. Well, at that point they did send me a shipping label... from a company that has no branches close to me. A company that has NOT been listed even as one of their shipping options on their website.
I think they were perfectly aware that this would be unusable, especially given the size of the package and the fact that I would have had to hire a van and take it to another city in order to ship it with that service. But because they had sent me a label, that circumvented paypal's regulations, as far as they're concerned shipping label is sent and I can't do anything other than enter return information. At this point it would end up costing me more to return the item, so it made no sense to return it.
Simply put, they found the perfect way to steal a good deal of money from me, and you should not let them do the same to you.
Update:
Given that a year later the company has deemed fitting to question the legitimacy of my claim, I feel an update is in order:
Please read the description of the issue again, that is the exact order of events. Every single point I have written happened exactly as I have described it.
Offering "multiple solutions" does not mean anything at all, when your solutions were all to your win and my loss. I received a damaged item, the only ethical solution would have been a return / refund. Why should I have accepted anything less? I did not wish for a partial refund for a damaged item, nor did I wish the option to repair it myself. What I wanted was to send you the item back, and get my money back, as stated at the time in my PayPal case.
It is also the absolute truth, that when you finally decided to send me a return label, the service that you had selected was neither the original postal service, nor one already listed as an option on your website. If you chose to send me a random and as it turns out completely useless return label, that was again your lack of ethics and responsibility. This was absolutely not my problem.
But sending me the useless label did in fact circumvent the PayPal refund policy perfectly, and you did nothing after that. No other label was sent, nothing else was offered. This, is the definition of theft. You found a way to take money from me for something I did not actually receive.
And then a year later you have the audacity to try over and over again to question the legitimacy of my review. Marking it as defamatory, and now your once again extremely dishonest response.
Take responsibility for your actions, or accept the label of a scammer.

There was some problems with our order, it was not passed trough system, but was payed. Customer service was good, friendly, and helped us with our order, it took some time but, all's well that ends well.
After some misunderstandings and a bit of a delay, the ordered item arrived regularly. And in the end, all's well that ends well.

I ordered a knife from Italy.
On a tuesday afternoon they sent me the shipping notification, the day after that I received another email stating the the delivery was scheduled for that very same day. I was surprised of such a fast shipping for outside Germany but I was still hopeful. At 2 pm on the same day the tracking stated that the package was delivered, yet nobody showed up. At my company we work with the same courier used (GLS) so I phoned my account manager and yet he told me that they had no shipping whatsoever under the tracking code provided. I tried to contact the seller on that very same day and the day after that, to no avail so far. This evening I will file a complaint with PayPal if nothing happens. Very bad feeling so far about the whole thing.
I can not find the shipping method so i can order and they are not answering by email to help me, they only answered ones and said to me that i can find it on their site it didn't help....
Awful. Box was empty when it arrived at FedEx. FedEx can’t deliver an empty box. I reached out half a dozen times and the replied twice. They haven’t replied to my emails in over a month. Said they were awaiting info from FedEx. I sent them invoices, etc. Horrible experience. Order items from someplace else. These people are thieves!

I ordered a sword and the delivery was very quickly, but it was in no good condition. There was rust on the blade and the handle didn't exactly look good either. My mail requests were completely ignored by the service.
The worst experience in a very long time. They sent the wrong item, failed to reply to emails, had to call them and after calling they agreed on a pick-up which never showed up. After that they never again replied to an email and banged down the phone in my face when I called them to inquire about what was wrong. Either absolutely incompetent or completely in bad faith. Do not buy from them.
They sent wrong items, I claimed the right ones and they answer freight is very expensive, so the best thing is me to keep (and pay) all the items. They didn't even offer a discount for the wrong items.

We received a piece of tent fabric that had had a very rough treatment during shipping, the cardboard box had been cut open with a knife which has made a scratch in the cotton tent itself.
Now; one month later and several attempts to contact the company, we have STILL NOT HEARD from the company, But they gladly let us pay €150,- for the transport
