Purchased some LARP jewellery for a friend. It looks exactly as pictured in the site image and is made of the listed material. The item was delivered quickly, with delivery updates consistently along the way. Would buy from this site again.

Excellent quality Items, I purchased a sword and it was in great condition no damage, better than the pictures they do not do it justice, very happy the guys were efficient from order to delivery. Would highly recommend.

Sword arrived very badly damaged and needed to go back... weeks later they are saying that i need to contact Dutch Customs who are saying that Celtic Web Merchant need to pay a release fee. Speedy Service on delivery but it has all gone wrong from there.. still no sword and no offer of sending a replacement - no trust to customers it seems.. one email a day to respond... slow and painful

I have ordered a few items from these guys now, and have to say the service is first rate. One item has a slightly loose guard but on researching more, apparently is common to the manufacturer and has no bearing on the retailer. Always up to date on shipping with easy tracking. Often items arrive much quicker than those that arnt imported. All good thus far and no hesitation to use again.

I ordered the Prussian Sabre and the American Dragoon Sabre. Both arrive quickly and in good condition. The fitting could be better on the swords but they are decent quality for the price. The quality of the scabbards is excellent. The Dragoon Sabre is described as having a leather grip but it is in fact cheap imitation leather ,(PVC). I would've disassembled the sword and replaced this with leather myself but it isn't possible because it has a riveted pommel.Also, they were described as being semi sharpened but both arrived blunt.
Having said the above, it's hard to fault them for the price. Customer service and delivery was excellent.

It was shipped very quickly and arrived already after two days in transit. The box was however pretty damaged but I'm not sure if that was the shipping company's fault or a bad choice of box. Other than that it was a great experience all around.

Really bad service, despite one week delay on delivery (according to the tracking as application parcel is still in NL), I received it after the anniversary that I wanted the goods, so I was obliged to get clothes from another source, so I paid twice, and when I finally open the parcel I found...2 left boots instead of a pair!!!

All items arrived exactly as expected!!

Unfortunately I received damaged products, but the customer service has been very helpful in finding a suitable solution.

While I can’t fault them on delivery or price. I was disappointed that there was considerable rust on the item. I had to sand it off myself as it really was extensive and wouldn’t just wipe away. The sword is excellent aside from that but I really think a quality check of items before they are dispatched is needed.

The sword, which you list as " Saksisch zwaard York", is a fine sword, very well made, a great bargain at the price. Fortunately it is stronger than the packaging it was shipped in and the pommel kept it intact despite the failure of the box around it. This is both the second time I have ordered from your business and the second time the packaging has failed. There will not be a third time. W Alsdorf
