I would like to share my experience with Censeo.

Jack Stanton has been absolutely fantastic throughout my entire mortgage process.

He is extremely patient and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, especially as English is not my first language. During phone calls, he made sure we fully understood each step, which really gave us confidence.

Both Jack and Jodie were very responsive throughout the process, and all information was communicated clearly and promptly via email. This made everything much easier to follow and kept the process running smoothly.

Jack is professional, attentive and very supportive. Thanks to his help, the whole mortgage process went very smoothly.

I would also like to thank Jodie for her support and organisation throughout the process.

I would like to share my experience with buying our apartment with mortgage company Censeo, our advisor Dwayne Simpson and Jay Anderson his manager helped us to buy our first property. All process was quick and easy . They always responded to our emails . They tried they best to find a deal for us ,even I wasn’t believing already after we failed with our companies . We are highly recommend Censeo and their team to find a mortgage deal .

They were recommended to us us by the Housing association and we were doubtful to start with, but David and Jodie were so patient and explained everything and never felt pressure to go with them but we did and both very happy to help with any questions we had email or phone always available especially Jodie. We got our mortgage offer and half way there but happy to know that when time would come for remortgaging they will be ready to call.

Omg how do I start , when you feel all hope is gone and never taught you will reach your destination , there comes censeo who turned my dreams into reality . Can’t say enough ,words alone can’t express my feeling . Thank you to Jonathan and his team for the support and advice. Censeo are fantastic for first time buyers, I could not recommend them enough.

If you’re starting out on the property ladder, you’re undoubtedly going to have a whole new vocabulary thrown at you - like everyone’s speaking another language that you’re not privy to. The team at Censeo break all of that down and really work with you to get you where you need to be. David & Jodie completely took the fear and anxiety out of navigating mortgage applications - plus, the Censeo club offer is a must. Knowing I’ll get a call when my current mortgage rate comes to an end to help me find a new one? Perfect.

The application was handled professionally and support was always given where needed. Replies to any questions where always dealt with quickly

Overall good experience, from initial meeting with Chris. G who explained everything in layman’s to Mercedes .R who kept us updated on the progress of the mortgage application, did not have to chase for an update which I appreciate the most. Will def use their services again in the future.

Ruth and Dwayne were very helpful during what was a stressful time. They patiently answered all our many questions, in a clear and easy to understand manner. Even when we had challenges or changes to be made, it was done so professionally and swiftly. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I cannot thank Connie Kavuma and Ruth Munoz enough for all their help, professionalism and support during what is a stressful time! They responded quickly to any questions I had, provided plenty of information and further details when requested and made the entire process much easier.
Furthermore, following quite a major delay caused by the housing association (which was regularly chased by Ruth and Connie) they worked quickly to save as much time as they could and I felt like I was treated as a priority!
I would happily use Censeo again, and would recommend to anyone looking for support and advice on mortgages.

I can’t thank Jodie Hooper and Dave Brockhouse enough for all their help throughout my mortgage process. They were both incredibly professional, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Jodie kept me updated every step of the way, and Dave made sure I understood all my options clearly. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to them. My journey with them was a positive one and it was doubled by the fact i have experience within the industry and i understand both sides. Excellent communication, quick processing and really recommend.

Application process handled very efficiently, then passed to mortgage advisor which at one point had no communication for month then passed to another advisor which then couldn’t see the documents we had already sent ! So had to send again as first advisor on leave , then second advisor went on leave and was handed up to a lady called Ruth who was fantastic ! Communication was spot on and was always there to help , once we were handed to her we’re had very little problems .

Censeo Financial made the process so smooth and easy. I was apprehensive about using a mortgage broker as a first time buyer I had a lot of advice not to but Censeo proved everybody wrong.

From the start, David guided me through the initial process and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. David was always available when needed and supported me through the initial phase so quickly. David was always available even once my case had been passed over.

My case was then passed over to Jay who from the moment he got my case was so supportive and always answered my (sometimes non-stop!) questions. As a first time buyer this was so reassuring as there was lots I didn’t understand or know but Jay was always available to help and explain things so I could understand. Jay kept me up to date throughout the process and I finally got my good news on Tuesday just 6 weeks after the process began which is just amazing!!

David was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the mortgage process. He made everything clear and straightforward, which really helped to take the stress out of things. Nothing was too much trouble despite my numerous requests!

I have been dealing with Censeo for a long time, they arranged my initial mortgage and my subsequent remortgage deals. They have always kept me well informed and organise things very efficiently so that I get a good deal without any fuss.

My most recent remortgage was especially quick as Matt at Censeo had a new and improved rate in place in a matter of days which means I'm sorted for next month already. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Amazing service from Connie and Ruth. They helped every step of the way and supported me when things when wrong.
