As all the other reviews, stay away from this company the wait times are always super long and delivery is always weeks out from when prescription was sent. I’ve switch to my local pharmacy and I’d rather go pick up my medication then wait for weeks with this company often causing my prescription to be late.
I called to cancel my CenterWell Novacare account to prevent any further prescriptions from being sent here and had to wait on hold and get transferred 3 times just to cancel the account. Took over an hour just to cancel because they won’t let you cancel it online, you are forced to call in, mind you, you are able to set up an account online. Totally ridiculous, this company is a joke and I hope they are put out of business soon. Once you create an account you cannot delete or cancel it.
CenterWell Pharmacy is horrible!
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with CenterWell Pharmacy. I transferred my prescription three weeks ago and was assured it would be processed immediately and shipped right away. After hearing nothing, I followed up last week and was again told it would ship immediately. I called this past Monday and was again assured it would ship immediately, Now it’s Thursday, and it has finally shipped today. I even spoke with a supervisor, but the delays continued. This level of poor communication and lack of urgency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to essential medications. Delays like this aren’t just inconvenient, they can be dangerous. People depend on timely access to their prescriptions, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Im Medically Needy with Medicaid andthey refuse to acknowledge I dont pay for medication. They charged me 40.00 for a medication. I called the pharmacy and told them not to fill itr. They still charged me and refuse to take it off. I sent them the paperwork abpout medically needy and they say they never recived it whebn I handed it to them. Im done with their antics and games they play with peoples medications. They are rude, refuse to listen to the problem and say I have to call coporate offices when they are the ones that made the mistake. Im transferring my medications to another pharmacy which is professional

They won't let me give them zero stars. Humana/Center Well need to be investigated and barred from issuing Medicare Part D plans. Absolutely worst business I have ever dealt with in the 69 years I have been alive.

Answered the call, so I could have my number put on their do not call list. The kid who answered spoke so slowly it was like talking to a slouth! He must have been out of his mind on drugs. I was worried he might fall out of his chair or expire right there on the phone.
Terrible service
I just switched to Humana Medicare and it is more cost effective to use mail order through Centerwell then my regular pharmacy. Prescriptions take several days to even be processed. Then once filled, it can take several more days to be shipped and received. It took over 10 days to get my prescriptions even after I was told they would be expedited. I had to call again because one of my prescriptions appeared to just be sitting there for a week with no activity. When I called, the rep had a bad attitude and was unconcerned about my issues. She simply asked if I wanted to cancel my prescriptions. Centerwell has been a terrible experience thus far.

Very disappointed in the customer service. They do not inform customers of important information and the customer is the one that gets penalized. I lost $80 because they failed to give me information I needed. They proved that they failed and still will not compensate me.
Prescriptions get lost
Prescriptions get lost. Then they lie to you about it, IF you're able to speak or text with them. If you try to call them, be prepared to wait forever for someone who is so incompetent that they can't answer your question. Or, they put you on hold "to check" and never come back.

I have been hounded by calls, emails, etc. for this online pharmacy for a couple of years. I finally broke down and decided to try them out. The absolutely DO NOT make my life easier, and they DO NOT reduce the cost of my drugs from my local pharmacy that is .5 mil from my home. If you have any questions, concerns and issues it can be completely frustrating to get an answer. I spent over 2 hours this morning being passed from one person in one department to another, and couldn't get a simple answer as to what my co-pay was going to be. I will never try this pharmacy again.
Insanely Frustrating to Deal With
I would give zero stars if I could. They are so unbelievably frustrating to deal with. There is maybe 2-3 helpful individuals who work for centerwell. I have had issues filling my medication for four months now, and it is a constant battle just to get my prescription filled on time. They will hang up on you if they do not have the answers they're supposed to. Despite delays being their fault, they will not priority ship wednesdays and will tell you "tough luck" if their incompetencies lead to gaps in treatment.

Had my provider call in a prescription for Wegovy from Novacare. Centerwell handles Novacare products in their "Special Pharmacy" division. My provider messed up the prescription when sent to Centerwell. So Centerwell kepts auto shipping me $150 meds that I cannot use. I have called many times telling them to STOP all prescription to me and remove my credit card from their file. Mysteriously, they keep auto shipping me meds I cannot use! Dishonest company owed by Humana. I had to cancel my credit card to make them stop auto shipping me meds I cannot use! Don't ever get mixed up dealing with these crooks....nightmare!

Various nationalities--may speak English, but most dont seem to feel or care...no urgency . My wife has advanced osteoporosis and is 6 weeks past the shot she needs. Cant say Im the most patient person--and need to learn. I have spent at least 15-20 hours over The past 6 weeks on the phone with Center Wellness. The staff wants to be nice--but the actions and results of getting the meds is a zero. 3 people at Humana found a way to save me $ on the shot for $364 instead of $1,020. Centerwell would not do it. The shot pkg was supposed to ship 4 days ago--I gave them my cc, now its going to be 10 days. I think they just read the notes from previous conversations and give you generic answers. I hear that these insurance companies are losing a lot of money because of the cost free Medicare advantage plan--so, may just be saving costs. Cancelled order--going to a local pharmacy HOPING no red tape from here. Miserable communication for me. My anxiety in helping my wife make it tough for me and I'm sure center well. Thats my experience....
Centerwell pharmacy committed fraud by stealing me prescriptions from my chosen pharmacy
Centerwell pharmacy absolutely committed fraud by calling my independent pharmacy today and telling them that i had requested that my prescriptions be transferred to them! Fortunately my small pharmacy (who knows me by name and face after my many years with them) called me to confirm if i had requested the transfer, as they had had a call from Centerwell earlier in the week saying the customer had requested their prescriptions transferred to Centerwell, when it turned out the customer had NOT. This is a clear violation of medical ethics as well as legal fraud, and a violation of my privacy. My Humana Advantage Medicare plan clearly states I can use my approved in network pharmacy.
This is the 2nd yr I've had this policy and recognized that Centerwell, who is owned by Humana, has some questionable and unethical business practices, as Ive had to get used to the multiple calls per week presenting themselves as calling on behalf of my dr, or Medicare "to review my medications for drug interactions" etc. They insist I have prescriptions with them, but I have never entrusted my prescriptions to them for good reason. Today takes the cake to learn they actually highjacked and stole my prescriptions away from my trusted pharmacy! Unfortunately I didn't get the message from my pharmacist in time to stop the transfer. Later I got an email from Centerwell thanking me for transferring my prescriptions. I called and got an unprofessional agent who insisted that Id gotten prescriptions from them before. I never would have trusted them because Id seem the incompetence of how they handle my OTC benefit. I hope Humana gets a huge class action lawsuit, as stealing my prescriptions away from my pharmacy of choice through lies and deceit has no place in our healthcare system.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy.
My doctor sent a prescription to CenterWell 10 days ago. Last Thursday I called them to check on the medication and they told me they had never received the prescription. I contacted my doctor, who immediately sent it again. When I called CenterWell back, they again claimed they had not received anything.
I contacted my doctor a second time and the prescription was sent again. When I called the pharmacy again, suddenly they had two copies of the prescription in their system.
Now, 10 days later, I call again only to be told that the medication is not even in stock and that they have no idea when it will be available.
So after ten days of delays, misinformation, and multiple phone calls, the end result is that they cannot even fill the prescription.
Their customer service is horrible. Every time I call, I spend over an hour on hold before speaking with someone.
Today I requested a supervisor located in the United States. After waiting another 45 minutes, someone finally answered. Shockingly, it sounded like the person was working from home, with the sound of water running and someone eating in the background. I said hello three times, and the call was terminated.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for a company responsible for handling people’s medications.
CenterWell Pharmacy is disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. They even had the nerve to suggest that I transfer all my prescriptions to them. After this experience, I will never fill another prescription with CenterWell again.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration and incompetence.

Called to cancel a order. It was cancelled according to the rep. I received the medication two days later. I called for refund and the rep. stated that they dont cancel orders. Alo, that they would review the phone call recording and get back to me. Its been two weeks and nothing. Every time I call the transaction takes about 2 hours. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced.

CENTERWELL sells very cheaply made and unusable products for the most part. I would stay away! They only stocked one arm-sling and it was so badly made that it is unusable and too big as well. Sewn wrong, ridiculous. Save your money or health benefits.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER, get your meds from someone else
NEGATIVE 10 STARS repeat NEGATIVE 10 STARS. You can't get through to someone to track your order with wait times up to 2 1/2 hours. This is ridiculous, and they don't care. I have never dealt with a company that makes as much money as they do with such a backlog of phone calls. They are truly pathetic. I only went with Novo Care because I wanted to buy direct and get the prescription from the manufacture. Never again. I'm going to get my meds direct from Costco now where I can be in and out in 10-15 minutes and not deal with Centerwell Pharmacy that lost my shipment of Wegovy. They are totally clueless.
