Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The waits are 45 to 50 minutes long and when you leave your number for call back they do not or leave some bs message that they tried contacting you. Meanwhile your phone does not ring.
Do not bother with them. Thay make it impossible to cancel.

Actually a zero rating

Actually a zero rating! Absolutely horrible customer service. My meds were to be mailed and received by 3/14. They have yet to be filled. Waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told they were busy. I was provided with a direct number.

Made Sure Auto Refill was OFF Day 1, Shipped and Charged Anyway, Takes TWO Phone Calls to Get Refund!

Switched Medicare to "Advantage" program with Humana. Centerwell is part of it. Set up prescriptions immediately, made certain I marked four of those NOT to auto refill since I don't require them routinely.

Received notice by email today one of the four is being shipped, and I'm being charged for it. One phone for 10 minutes, first with automated menu, then with live person. Told they cannot refund item until I receive it, and must then call them back a second time, get a return label, ship it back, and then get refund IF it is refundable.

Seriously? My online account shows this item like other is NOT to be auto refilled. Agent also could see it. Offer not explanation. Told I would have to call back after it arrives, and see IF I can return it. IF??? I explicitly marked it NOT to auto refill.

My time is valuable. I ask why they could not take care of this one my first call, and told "the system will not allow that". Blame the "system"? They ARE the system. I asked if they would accept MY BILL for MY TIME spent for second call. That got me a earful.

I finally interrupted saying "This is ridiculous", and hung up. Now I get to waste more time once item arrives finding out IF I can return it and IF I can get a refund for something I made sure I would NOT be automatically sent and charged for.

Interesting that other items marked not to auto refill do not cost $$, but the one they sent does. Smells to me of a ripoff game being played.

Can you go lower than 1 star? I would

Can you go lower than 1 star? What an absolute horrible mail-order pharmacy! I've spent upwards of 4-5 weeks trying to get insulin order worked through which almost anywhere is a day or so. No communication or should I say my order showed being worked on for 4-5 days but now update so I called today and low and behold while I'm on hold for the next human, good luck understanding them, I next in line and Poof, imagine that suddenly I hey an email from them with the same excuse of we are trying to get hold of your Dr yet again, yes again as they always have issues. Funny they don't contact me and my Dr has 6 workers at a very small office and we never have a problem them answering a call. Such BS and what it is I think is they don't want to provide or ship Insulinas pricing regulated and cost of shipping a 3 months supply is pricey. Meanwhile I get dragged around and ignored until I'm leaving town in 5 days and they still can't fill an order. So they can go straight in the dumpster and rot away for all I care. Fyi I called Drs office and told them to ignore those idiots and send a prescription to Walgreens and poof in 8 hours it is ready and sure I pay an extra $35 for 3 months but avoiding idiots and incompetent fools is worth every penny. Stay Away you've been warned

A piece of mind

Center Well Pharmacy deserves a zero star rating in my book. Their operations have consistently exhibited significant flaws. The customer service provided is non existent, making the experience extremely frustrating.

Despite the potential cost, I am considering returning to CVS for a more reliable service.

Initially, I requested a prescription from my doctor, which proved to be a mistake. I never received any confirmation from Center Well regarding the medication, and when I checked with them, they informed me that it was not in stock. They estimated that it would be available in a few weeks. However, I urgently needed the medication and contacted CVS to transfer the prescription. Within two days, I received my medication from CVS.

My doctor also sent one of my refrigerated prescriptions to Center Well Pharmacy. When Center Well Pharmacy refilled the prescription and delivered the medication, it was not cold but room temperature.

I placed the medication in the refrigerator to prevent it from spoiling. I will not take any further chances with them, as they have consistently failed to provide the medication when it is in stock.

Horrible

Horrible - waited on phone for 45 minutes then hung up on me. The online account they want you to use does not work. Got all the way thru and almost to payment when they said their payment system was down and I had to call back and start over. They do not not speak fluent English. Am wondering if I will get my medication.

They show RX shipped and when you call…

They show RX shipped and when you call they tell you it was cancelled. You get different countries that you cant even understand. They charge more for mail in then Walgreens without the convenience. They used to be good when it was Humana and now theyre terrible.

Centerwell Pharmacy will not stop…

Centerwell Pharmacy will not stop harassing me. I have requested that 6 times in the past year that they stop calling me. I have called the number they give for stopping unwanted calls and talked twice with the parent company. They swear that they put my number on their do-not-call list. But then, within two months, they are calling me again every day. I have tried blocking their number, but that only stops my phone from ringing. They still are able to leave messages.

CenterWell Pharmacy AI experience

CenterWell Pharmacy calls me 4–5 times a week. An AI system comes on the line asking to confirm my identity but never clearly explains why they’re calling or what they need. There’s no clear purpose to the calls.

When I call back to get answers, I have to enter all my information into the automated system — then repeat it again to a representative. Total waste of time.

I also get constant emails saying prescriptions were received, filled, or shipped — even when I didn’t request anything.

They charge $10 for “overnight” delivery but say it can take up to three days. That’s not overnight.

Very frustrating experience as a Medicare patient.

Miserable customer service

1) the AI assistant is absolutely terrible. worst I've encountered. 2) no e-mail or fax numbers are provided, so it's only spending FOREVER on hold for a human representative, and those people try to be helpful, but a) they are impossible to understand clearly (not their fault, but it's an issue), and b) they refer you to "website specialists" for whom you spend FOREVER (AGAIN) on hold. I gave up. THE MAIN ISSUE: I entered prescriptions not once but twice that subsequently disappeared from my account, with no notice, no e-mail with useful info, no nothing, and the situation was impossible to correct. In addition, the meds you enter on your Humana account cannot be transferred to CenterWell, even though it's the Humana pharmacy (! go figure). Worst customer support experience I've had in a while, and that's saying something.

A pharmacy that doesn’t deliver or answer the phone!

2nd consecutive month of CenterWell just not delivering my (paid for) meds. No info online or any chat option.

Hours on hold, agents completely clueless. Constant excuses about manual processes and have to call another department.

No compensation, apology or supervisor avenue. Agent couldnt even find the case ID on my ticket.

TWO MONTH!!! TWO MONTHS!!!

I have been on testosterone injectable for 15 years due to hypogonadism. I had to change pharmacies the first of this year. I have tried for 2 full months to get this prescription filled. Nothing but constant problems. There have been about 10 letters sent back and forth. I have spoken for hours with different customer service people. I even got a letter that it was approved. But when I go to check on the status, they now have it listed as cancelled. They list "no response from doctor." Absolutely false. I have letters to prove it. TWO MONTHS!!!! The absolute worse pharmacy I have ever seen. They should be shut down as a business. This is not how we should be treated in retirement. The Customer Service reps can't even put the proper doctor on the right medicine. Even though I've talked to them multiple times. And trying to find one that can speak American English is impossible.

Very Positive Experience

I don't understand the negative reviews!! We easily transferred our prescriptions to them. They were very helpful in the CHAT, and phone call, to help us navigate and understand our high co-pay and deductible with my husband's tier 3 drug. Every other drug is free! The high cost drug was much cheaper than what we'd pay at the pharmacy store. Very pleased. As for wait times, most places like this have long waits; but we've never waited long.

If I could give you a zero, I would
It has been a nightmare
Trying to give them the information I was disconnected three times on the phone and I gave them the phone numbers and they repeated it to me and then I get a call and they have totally off the wall phone numbers that they got off of googling that doctor, then they said one of them they could not fill but a week later I’m getting an email that they’re filling it after. I told them cancel everything I will not do mail order.
Then today I get an email from my doctors office stating that they are still trying to get prescriptions after two weeks of me telling them cancel everything and they said they did and they did not
It’s hard to believe that Humana is affiliated with them and uses them as a mail order Pharmacy

TRASH

TRASH ! Trust the reviews! Poor communication! Delays in shipping! Failure to deliver products! Long wait times when trying to contact customer service! They take your money and fail to fill your RX ! Poorest customer service received when trying to get support for your delayed delivery! If I knew what I know now I would have NEVER CHOSEN them!
This should be illegal

Worst customer service ever

I switched to Humana insurance in 2026. Centerwell is their online pharmacy. I have been calling, chatting, emailing, etc. to get my prescriptions moved over and filled. I am 2 months in and still don't have any medication. Their customer service is terrible. They tell me they contacted my doctors, but my doctors confirmed no contact from Centerwell

This company failed to send the…

This company failed to send the prescription. Then they made it hard to get through to a human. Several unnecessary screening routines. Talked to two different people. Waiting for them to call me back now. A very poor customer experience because they are intentionally understaffed.
