Completely useless garage, they will charge you for completely irrelevant work that does not fix the original issue. You will have to keep bringing it back to them to fix again, they are ridiculous. On top of this the owners son is on reception, he is as thick as two short planks and hasn't got a clue what day it is! Highly recommend you never go to this place!

Do Not go and get your airconditioning fixed here, they rip you off. Charged me £130 to re-gas the car , it worked for a few days then failed. There was a leak in the fill valve, I took it back and told then I could see yellow dye on the fill valve, they ignored this and filled the ac unit with nitrogen gas, told me there was no leak I had to point out the fact that they hadn't removed the fill pipe to test the low pressure fill valve as this was the leaking area, he said he couldn't test it as the high pressure valve was too far down inside the engine, I said remove the hose and put some soapy water so you can see the bubbles low and behold the valve was faulty, they didn't have a replacement valve (you can buy them from amazon for a tenner for 10) and supposidly swapped the low pressure valve with the high pressure valve and said it was still leaking, that it was a pipe that would cost £500 and is obsolite. They then charged me another £150 for diagnosis and left the aircon un fixed. If they has checked it out in the first place correctly I wouldn't have had to pay for the re-gas. The gas is the old R134a gas too which is cheaper. Avoid This Garage. You have been warned.

Skipton branch. Liam (I think) Fitted me in for a puncture repair within minutes. Friendly service, reasonable price and on my way within 25 mins. Couldn’t ask for more.

I didn’t have a tyre from you but had the miss fortune to be held up by one of your vehicles down my road which is a country lane where he choose to park opposite the Waitrose van so no body could pass took tyre of rim put tyre back on rim did what he had to do then decided to check rest of tyres have chat to driver put his stuff away do his paperwork with all the time in the world while I had to wait to get into my drive about 40 feet away appreciated he had to fix tyre but you don’t block the road and do paperwork while holding up traffic blokes complete idiot

Today my wife and I took our car to its main dealer in Chester for its MOT covered by a service plan. We left and walked around the local retail park when we we were telephoned and told that our one of its tyres had a cut in it. We were told that the dealer had to order a tyre and they would charge £214 plus vat which was very excessive. We walked into Central Tyres in Sealand Road where the staff, Paul and Nathan were extremely helpful. I tried to phone the dealer to confirm the correct tyre size to be told by the switchboard operator that he could not get an answer from the service area and would not pass a message elsewhere. Unbeknown to the dealer and staff at Central Tyres, our eldest daughter had been taken to A&E and was quite poorly. Her children were at a primary school approx 15 miles away and it was highly likely that we would need to collect our grandchildren from school and look after them, but we had our car with a railed MOT and potentially dangerous tyre. We told the dealer that we would buy our own tyre, signed a disclaimer and drove our car to Central Tyres at lunchtime. As soon as we arrived Paul quickly checked their stock and Nathan came straight out to verify our tyre size. Naturally my wife and I were quite stressed and not very impressed with the poor service by the dealer's switchboard operator, also worrying about the condition of our daughter. Paul got straight onto our tyre fitting and soon after he told us that our vehicle was ready. To say that the service from Paul and Nathan was very helpful, speedy and efficient is a huge understatement. When we were paying for the tyre I told Paul why we were so worried about getting the tyre and back on the road. We expressed how very grateful we were and very concerned about our daughter and being back to collect her children. Despite Paul and Nathan not knowing our predicament, the service was fantastic and fast matching that of an excellent urgent service had other great mechanics had known. Our tyre was also £68 cheaper !.We are extremely grateful to Paul and Nathan, highly recommend them and will definitely use them in future. Paul and Nathan are an exceptional example of first class employees and are an excellent but unbeatable example to others.

City Road branch , Norwich - grumpy, surly, unhelpful manager.
I live close-by so this is my go-to tyre centre. In the last 4 months I have visited 4 times. On every occasion I have found the manager grumpy, unhelpful and often downright rude. I visited yesterday to ask to check my tyre pressures which I did not think was unreasonable given I’ve spent over £200 there in the last 3 months. The manager told me they were too busy in a very off-hand, dismissive way. No explanation, just rude. I pointed out they only had one other car in at the time. He said that gentleman was booked in and that all his staff were at lunch ( I could see there were at least 3 other staff around - surely one of them was capable of checking my tyre pressures? ). I had to ask when his staff would be back from lunch. All he needed to have done was to apologise for not having anyone immediately and suggest I came back in 30. This is not the first time I have been met with his surly, rude manner. His staff however, are always pleasant and helpful. So, despite its convenience, I shall not be using this branch again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Always go there for my car tyres , even popped in for a suspected puncture ..... they got me straight in no problem even got a replacement tyre same day , highly recommended 👌

I was driving near the garage on mosley road and a ginger man bellowed out of his window and said ''my alloys are better than yours'' so in return i said ''who gets alloys on a company van you be****d''. Just thought i'd share my experience :)

Since moving to Walsal in 2016, I have always had any tyre issue attended here and have had no issues till today. Needed front tyres changed. The nuts on one side were pretty hard to remove and one broke as they tried to force it. I was then told by the old man to go get it fixed at a garage. When I suggested that perhaps they should have put some lubricant on and waited, I was told to leave, never come back and get my tyres fixed elsewhere. Have never met an old man so discourteous, rude and with total disregard for good customer service.

Will never be going there again.

Had to use the Wakefield branch for an emergency today and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Really helpful, went to great lengths to make sure I got the best deal!

Yes there were issues with the servicing of my motorhome but, having explained the issues to the manager I was delighted with the way they were resolved. Professional, caring and personal attention to detail. I could not have asked for, or expected a better outcome. Such attention to detail went way beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend the SKIPTON branch enough. My car is old and always needing a visit to the garage. These guys are great! They always get me sorted and back on the road, as well as beating prices from everywhere else. Special thanks to LIAM and RYAN who are two of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met!

Visited Colindale branch, was met by a rude, discourteous, disrespectful and aggressive manager that dealt with fleet/commercial.The rest of the staff were amazing.
If this ‘ gentleman ‘ wasn’t the manager I would consider buying my tyres from Central but given he is a manager and with authority his customer service skills are non existent, he who should know better. In a highly competitive market , Central it is bad business to be rude to your customers. Taking my business elsewhere.
