I had to arrange a funeral for my freind
I had to arrange a funeral for my friend as he has a terminal illness ,I delt with a lady called Sam lee she was great and gave me everything I needed. And all paper work came within a day or so.
The hole experience having to sort the funeral for my friend with Sam was made without any worries at all.

Staff were welcoming and friendly
Staff were welcoming and friendly, presenting all required information clearly in a professional but also relaxing manner, both at my initial meeting on 19/2/2026 and further meeting, both at Oakham, when my plan was set up.
Any contact by telephone was also dealt with efficiently.
