Central dispatch has been sold numerous times,now owned by COX Automotive the web site has become total trash.The last update in January of 2025 has made the site more difficult to use,easier for scammers to steal vehicles and the raise in price repeatedly screwing the subscribers is atrocious and the rating and review section is horrible.The new tier system for pricing took advantage of those customers targeting those that post between 50 and 100 cars or less a month with an increase of 37% over the previous price jumped from 259 a month to 389 a month .After 20 years on central i have witnessed it go to total trash robbing the subscribers.If your getting into the business as a carrier or a broker id recommend finding any other site like Super dispatch.AVOID CENTRAL DISPATCH take someones adivce thats been paying since 2007

Central Dispatch has become a platform rife with fraudulent activity, unethical business practices, and a lack of proper oversight. The company fails to adequately vet brokers, resulting in rampant scams, theft, and financial losses for transporters. Many brokers operating on this site engage in deceptive practices, including non-payment, bait-and-switch pricing, and misrepresentation of load details.

Additionally, the platform’s rating system is severely flawed and biased, providing little to no recourse for carriers who fall victim to dishonest brokers. Central Dispatch’s failure to regulate its marketplace has led to an influx of unverified, potentially fraudulent foreign entities, further endangering legitimate businesses.

Despite charging exorbitant fees, Central Dispatch has done little to improve security or enforce accountability. The company’s negligence has directly contributed to unsafe conditions for carriers and has facilitated the deterioration of fair market pricing. By allowing low-ball pricing and fraudulent brokers to proliferate, this platform is actively harming the industry rather than supporting it.

Given the severity of these issues, Central Dispatch should be held accountable for its failure to implement proper security measures, enforce compliance, and protect legitimate transport professionals from financial harm. Industry professionals should exercise extreme caution when using this platform.

Guys be aware , They give you a hard time to cancelation and absolutely No refund , they play around and when you call them , they not answer the phone or they keep you on hold for hours , Unprofessional Customer Service and they have No review on Google ,that's weird , There is many other website much cheaper and honest .

Absolute garbage. Transporters are terrible. Was charged 5 time to move one car because transporters cancelled. JOKE of a company

Manheim took over a clean well organized well managed business and turned it into a horrible business. Horrible customer service, or no customer service. Got charged twice for one vehicle picked up. First Transport decided not to pick up my vehicle, so I cancelled and relisted it. Central said because I cancelled instead of the transport I would be charged twice. Its not about the $40 dollars, its about doing the right thing. Just like a bank fee. I will be looking for other opportunities for transporting my vehicles.

Central Dispatch's latest update has rendered the site utterly useless. Not only can I not get an accurate quote, their rates are going up AGAIN and I will get LESS. They will now be charging per vehicle instead of per listing and they are taking away the ability to check prices unless I pay another $99.95 on top of the $199.95 that they just increased their rate to. I also can't post anything older than 1981. When I try to check for comps, I am given rates from all over the country. Insane that they are trying to get away with this. As much as I dislike Super Dispatch I may have to give them another chance. Central was perfect at one time. Every update they do does a disservice to their subscribers.

I had a car transported from Waldorf, MD to Georgia! Kehtus LLC was excellent with transportation of my car! He delivered it on time and had excellent customer service! Excellent with keeping me updated on everything! If needed I would most definitely use them again!

Central Dispatch makes it difficult to cancel your account.

they are working very unfairly just getting monthly payment and don'ts think about customers only forcing them to go out of business. they don't have respond about the rating formula they are working with in this unfair system, we spoke with them several times by phone, but no one has any idea how it's working, that's very poor actions from them side. CD must HAVE explain to all customers how it's working, must know what agreement they accepted from programist group.

BEWARE- Central Dispatch was used by a broker we hired to move our brand new 2024 Cadillac Escalade V from Beverly Hills Cadillac to our home in NV. $165k car that is now missing…stolen!! Central is aware they have a hacking issue and continue not to vet their drivers. Our info was intercepted (inside job in my opinion) and provided to a car theft ring that picked up the car w all the proper paperwork (but it was fraudulent), loaded it on video into a very professional trailer, signed a BOL, answered a few calls about delivery eta and then blocked the number and disassembled the Onstar. Car has 5 miles at pick up and now has 281 at last available tracking before they most likely loaded it onto a container to go over sees per Onstar. Ironically we found out a friend had a similar scenario in AZ w Central Dispatch. Nearly identical. BEWARE!!

They allow hackers and scammers in, with no safeguards.

Our companies Central Dispatch account was hacked. Thanks to central dispatch's lack of security no matter how much we change our password it doesnt log out of the thiefs computer by force. We called central dispatch about what was going on and all they said was we are sorry to hear about it and theres nothing we can do. Weve called them back to freeze/close our account and like the incompetent company they are said "we can only close it after 48 hours". During the timeframe the thiefs were able to dispatch over 25 vehicles and steal about 4 cars using our company information because of CD's inability to do anything about their broken system. We are on the path to sue CD for all the business/vehicles we have lost due to poor security.

Really wish I could give zero starts to Central Dispatch! Horrible company to work with, wish someone would do something about how they operate and shut them down! Their favorite line is I’m sorry for the inconvenience like FY!!

If I could I'd give 0 stars. Its stupid rating system just kills everything and every company can give you a negative rating literally for no reason. Also, CentralDispatch approves every company even if it's stolen identity. They don't check anything, apparently they don't know how to use Safer.

Transporters never show up. Then they charge you to relist over and over. Terrible.

When it comes to trouble times with customers or you get screwed by greedy brokers or any other reason for you need a help good luck to you. Don't count on these guys. $125 a month membership fee pretty much waste of your money. This place is become a scammers meeting place lately.

Transferred a car from Texas to Kansas (Shaggy Trucking). Price was reasonable. The company was very professional at notifying me of the arrival time.

Terrible company and they don’t care about bad reviews because they monopolized this industry so they know there is no other platforms for now
They keep raising their prices but the but not helping the drivers at all they letting the brokers to manipulate this market as they pleased they don’t control the brokers at all
I hope some day they will release that wit out drivers Central Dispatch worth nothing but for now they just dont care and all they know is how to collect their money they charge for 100 notifications around $60 when all the phone companies don’t even charge for phone service internet and unlimited text messaging that much

Central dispatch does not care about their customers all they care about is rising prices
The best answer they give you when you call them “sorry for your inconvenience” or “you can disconnect your service”
They don’t care about the prices that brokers post
They dont apply any rules to brokers they let brokers to post anything and any price they want
I asked them many times to apply some type of price rule for transportation and they didn’t care about that also
Pretty much central dispatch is being as greedy as the brokers
Like always who cars about the little guy
