Central Dispatch is a great service/platform but the Customer service is terrible..

Central Dispatch is a great platform but I personally believe the subscription fees are outrageous when all they do is list the vehicles. They do not get involved even if there is an issue with transporter or carrier and they only want you to communicate through email regarding ratings and such. I will continue to use the service but only because there is no other platform that competes with them.

A couple of tips if you do use Central Dispatch: Also always make sure that the transporter you end up assigning the vehicle to has an insurance document packet on the file - if they do not be very careful as Central Dispatch does not vet their documents or carriers.

Make sure the transporter you assign the vehicle has a good rating - I have had instances where a transporter picked a vehicle up and never showed up and I was charged again for the listing service, Central would not waive the fee for me - harsh in my opinion.

Central Dispatch has no customer service at all they are just the listing service. You would think though they would model a little bit after eBay - where they at least intervene when they have to. All in all, they are okay but just be careful of who you assign your vehicles to.
