I would NOT recommend this company or its products. Terrible to deal with, very unhelpful and not consumer friendly at all.
This company does not stand by its products or the quality!
I have a brown toilet with matching seat. You would think that the toilet seat material would have been brown but in actual fact, they used a white seat that had been poorly painted. The seat was not prepped properly and the paint chipped off.
When I brought this problem to Ceramica Globos attention at head office with photos they said it was the cleaning materials that had been used and yet they would not recommend a particular cleaning product, nor would they offer a solution.
Big Mistake!
This company is manufacturing toilet seats that can't be cleaned by toilet cleaner!!!

We ordered three toilets. After installation, one of the toilets turned out to be defective, as a lot of water is pooring out of the top. We reported this issue but received no response for weeks due to vacation absences, as they said they had to contact globo. After several weeks of waiting, we were told that the problem was not with the toilet but with the installation, which, upon further inspection, is definitely not the case. Therefore, we cannot recommend Globo. So quality and service are both bad
