I have used Cerascreen in the past and…

I have used Cerascreen in the past and have been very happy with their service but I am still waiting on my recent test results, (sent in 3 weeks ago). My brother who sent them in at the same time got his back a week ago. I have written 3 emails and have heard nothing back from customer services. disappointing

I highly recommend for vitamin D test

I highly recommend for vitamin D test. Very simple instructions, very informative information. Had my test results on the app and through my email within the same day they received my sample in the lab. Very impressed and will definitely use this company for all my lab needs Thank you Cerascreen!

Been waiting 2 months for results don't…

Been waiting 2 months for results don't bother with this company. Use Everylywell for your tests. Not sure why I tried this company but I definitely regret it. Waste of $. Not sure if they are a scam but there is no reason to wait this long when they advertise 1-2 weeks,

Terrible.

What a joke. It has been almost SIX WEEKS since I sent in my test sample and I STILL don't have my results. Go with Everlywell!!! They give you updates on everything, when it's in transit to them, when they have received it, that they are working on it in the lab etc. With VERY quick turnaround. Cerascreen's website says the sample is stable for one week so I was concerned they didn't get my sample after no status change and over a week of sending in my results. I emailed them on June 2nd, they said they received the sample on May 26th but now told me the sample is good for 60 days and they should have the results to me within 10 days. So is it a week or 60 days? I emailed back June 18th asking for an update because I still didn't have my results. No response back. It is now June 26th and I STILL don't have any results. And still no email response. I have so little confidence that these results will even be accurate. What a waste of $260. The only reason I went with them over Everlywell was because they tested a few more foods in their allergy and sensitivity test. WHAT A MISTAKE!! Do not go with this company. They are so many other choices.

I sent my test in on May 31, and I still haven’t gotten results. I have emailed twice and they keep saying they’re “behind” and I can cancel if I want. I need this information so unfortunately they’re in control…

No updates in process and Zero results.

Ordered my test kit and it arrived promptly. I returned my test following the kit instructions. The kit stated I would get an email when they received my kit and then it would take a week to 10 days to process. I never received an email that they received the kit so I reached out to their help email address. I received a response (June 5) that they had received my kit and things were taking longer than normal due to supply issues. That's fine, not a big deal. I have still never received an email that they have my kit, my online profile was never updated that they received my kit and it has been almost 3 weeks with no results or updates. This is not a good way to do business. Communication is key.

It’s been 1MONTH…….

It’s been 1MONTH…….. YES, 1 WHOLE MONTH since I’ve sent in my test and I STILL DON’T HAVE RESULTS!!!!! If you’re wanting a food sensitivity test purchase one from another company!!!!!! Every time I reach out to them I get “We are so sorry for the delay. We have your test, we just don’t have results yet.” RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Every other blood test I have ever done has yielded results in a few days ( like Cerascreen claimed they would)!

Trust me!!!!! Run away from this company! I’m still in pain, without $120.00, and discouraged a month later, with absolutely no answers!!

4 days - Nothing

TDMBWV - 4 days, no results -Everything was done as per Cerascreen instructions. Account activated, Test activated, so please no excuses Cerascreen. My girlfriend had to cancel a trip because she has no idea if she has any protective antibodies. It's very disappointing when you are relying on a company for your health and they let you down. Lloyds pharmacy got my results back to me 24 hours after receiving my samples, same as bloodtestinabox -, 24 hours. Only reason I used cerascreen is I got a discount for 2 tests and this was my girlfriends first experience, now she doesn't believe the system works and I look like a fool. Waste of my time, waste of my money. If you want to be taken seriously, offer a reliable service. Your competitors do. "Please wait a little longer" doesn't cut it after 4 days., It's nonsense and from these other reviews, it seems you have no clue how to run a time sensitive business. - Please no excuses, just sort yourselves out if you want to be taken seriously

Is this like a drop shipping service or…

Is this like a drop shipping service or what. You have to contact DHL yourself and tada "Courier pickup cannot be scheduled for an import shipment" The package also took ages to arrive. Really unimpressed. Whole presentation seems scammy. Exhausted with it before I've even taken the sample. Can't find a customer service contact either. I want my money back 👎👎👎

Test ordered and received but not response from Cerascreen

I ordered my test and sent in on April 27. It is June 1 and I still have not received my results. The website says I will get the results within days. That’s a lot of money to spend to get no feedback. It took me reaching out to them to tell me they received my test but are experiencing delays. Blood samples are extremely time sensitive. Communication has not been good with this company. Very disappointed

I have done twice a vitamin D test

I have done twice a vitamin D test. Last year it showed I was deficient and I took vitamin D supplements. This year the test was critically low so i went to the doctor to check again and there was no problem. For all - please test again with your doctor as you can also take too much vitamin D if you think you are critically low. I even tested again with another hometest, to check which result was reliable - it was my doctor's result.

We stand behind our laboratory and can confirm its reliability, as it is certified every year in a laboratory performance test. Unfortunately, there is no uniformly defined measurement procedure. Therefore, each laboratory is free to decide which method it uses. For example, there are several evaluation methods for determining vitamin D levels which have been recognised as reliable methods in various studies and which hardly differ qualitatively. Nevertheless, there are differences in the methods. This leads, among other things, to the fact that each laboratory has a scatter in the measurement results. Unfortunately, this can lead to very different measurement results overall. Consequently, only comparisons between identical test procedures and test conditions make sense.
