I received a ferritin test with a…

I received a ferritin test with a return envelope without a return pre-addressed label.

I will revise my review if I receive a label, otherwise my blood test, and money, are wasted.

UPDATE:
Cerascreen responded to email the same day I sent email, and sent a pdf of the label. Review revised to 4 stars from 1 star. I will revise again after test results are received.

Excellent product, clear and well-explained results

I received my Cerascreen kit less than a week after I ordered it, and I ultimately received my test results three weeks from the day I dropped it back in the mailbox. The results were insightful and easy to decipher, and now I'll be trying an elimination diet with the three foods that came back positive and seeing how this improves my health. Thanks, Cerascreen.

I tried a Cerascreen test and was very happy with the results and process. I always feel silly going to the doctor because of feeling week or tired because it doesn’t feel ‘serious enough’ for a doctor so I thought Id try an at-home health test for iron and blood sugar. It took a bit longer to get the test (because of covid I assume) but the instructions were clear and I found out that I was prediabetic. My blood sugar levels weren’t high enough to be diagnosed as diabetic but at least now I know!

The test was simple and easy to do

The test was simple and easy to do. Packaging was very organized and the instructions were easy to follow. I am still waiting on results because they sent an email saying the lab was behind. Its been about 6 days since I mailed the test back to them. Excited to find out the results. Gave 4 stars because the results are taking longer than they originally said they would.

The company need to be much more…

The company need to be much more proactive with making sure that products on their website are available. I have made my order, over a week later not hearing anything, I've emailed them just to receive a reply back that my order is cancelled due to a lack of stock of the product. Then almost two weeks later still not having the refund in my account I've emailed them again, few days later refund was processed, but I'm guessing, if I haven't been in charge the whole order would go unnoticed! I would not recommend.

I have emailed and tried to contact the company regarding my test, but no one has responded to me and they don’t connect you to a live agent when you try to call. It has been weeks of me waiting for my results without and updates. I am very disappointed and will be reaching out to my credit card company to have them cancel this charge.

I have ordered over 2months ago

I have ordered over 2months ago, they sent me the kit and I have sent it to them almost 50 days ago. I haven’t received anything yet, I don’t even know if they’ve received my test or not!! Very poor service. When they collect the money than they don’t care any more. Unbelievable, very poor service

Easy to use, great service.

I have used these a couple of times now and I would definitely use again. I did the alergy test and my first set of results were not in English but their customer service team were fab and had the results re sent in English in no time at all. Total waste of my time and money!!!

I have ordered the box of Vitamin D, Iron, and Cholesterol. Money was thrown away. I was wrong and I did not read the opinions on the internet first, otherwise, I would never order anything. I sent them my Vit D test exactly as they requested following the instructions, I am very careful with this kind of thing. More than a month without receiving the results. Also, it was very strange that they can analyze totally dried blood, normally this cannot be tested and clinics need blood in small bottles of liquid. Just when I emailed them they responded saying that my test has not reached their labs. The strange thing was that in the mobile APP it said something different, that my test could not be analyzed (but it had arrived), and that these things happen and it´s normal with tests. I have investigated the company. What I ask you people is that you file a complaint with the local police, because opinions are not enough. Whoever created this fictitious company doesn't even have a phone number. I have researched and they have email addresses and websites in multiple countries such as the US, UK, Germany, etc. so imagine how much money they are making at the cost of people's medical needs. This company is a total scam. And yes, those who do a good job creating online businesses that look nice and legitimate can scam too! Also, they said to send me another package for free and this never arrived, and excuse me but I'm not going to draw blood 20 times for a basic vitamin D test. Be careful with their reviews! After a large number of negative reviews, by chance several positives appear on the same dates. Bear in mind that comments can be faked by creating several fake Google accounts.

This is a method where dry blood can be used and is dropped onto a card. The dry blood card is evaluated in a certified laboratory and has no quality differences compared to the liquid blood sample. So far so good!

I ordered Cerascreen out of curiosity. It was super easy process. The kit came quickly and was really easy to collect sample. I have not received my results as of yet as it's only been a few days, but it has been a good experience thus far.

Huge disappointment. Scam?

Have not received my results yet - it doesn’t even show they’ve received it. No customer service readily available. This is absurd for the amount of money paid since I was told it would be 2-3 days and it’s been over a week. EDIT - it’s been 2 weeks now. EDIT 2 - the response below is not what they emailed me. I was told 6 days ago (now 3 weeks) it was received and being analyzed. This morning I got an email saying the sample couldn’t be analyzed bc of transit time. Sending a new one. TBD.

Cerascreen was convenient and easy to do

I bought Cerascreen because for the first time in my life I broke out in hives. I ordered Cerascreen that same evening and it arrived to my mailbox quicker than I expected! Within about 2 business days.
The test was really easy and quick to do. They provided absolutely everything I needed, even extra bandaids in case one wasn't enough! I sent the test back in the return package they provided the following day after receiving it and just a few days later they already had it back. I'm still awaiting the results but I didn't expect that part to be a quick turnaround.
Overall, the only thing I can say I'm not so happy about is that with their App for the IPhone, even though I chose English as my preferred language, everything except my test information, is in German. I wish that weren't the case.

The company has no live customer…

The company has no live customer service agents to speak with. It’s a very expensive test it’s very disappointing you cannot speak with anyone about it or about the results! They do not respond to emails, so I cannot get the results of my test! I will never choose this company again.

If you have not activated the test, the sample will arrive anonymously in our lab with only the QR code. The test IDs are randomly generated and placed in the test kits, so we do not know which customer receives which test ID. Therefore, we cannot send you a test result without activation. Poor service

I have recently completed the minerals deficiency test. The kit arrived with two dysfunctional lancets, as the test was urgent I asked a nurse to take a sample.it was sent via 24 hour tracked delivery with the qr code on the sample bottle. Customer service now claim it has not been received. Overall a really bad experience, I'd advise to use 'medichecks' which was more expensive but a much smoother experience.

Food Allergy Test: No Result or Response

Ordered an extensive food allergy test in April. Got the text on 4/15/21 and mailed out same day. I didn’t get a notice if the lab received my results so I emailed on 4/21 and got response on 4/22 that results were being analyzed. However, it’s been over a week and I’ve sent email to follow up on status but no response. Online account status does not indicate sample was Received by lab. I tried calling but the number has no options to talk to anyone. Only says to email support. Emailed support and no response now. Just need to know where my sample is - 5YRNV7.

EDIT RESPONSE: Received email this morning stating they are having technical issues at the lab, which is causing a delay in results. They offered 10% refund for the inconvenience. I hope I get the results soon because I need it.

There are so many types of tests available. The prices are reasonable. Some tests are cheaper than elsewhere. Clear instructions and great description. The information in the test was easy to understand

Customer Service

Was 3 stars. Now changed to 5 from the customer service angle. Will see how the next test goes.
Previous comment: We have used them before and all seemed perfect . No change in a VIT D test after 3 months of taking 4000 iu per day. Does not make sense ? Have now has reply to my e mail. They are sending new test to double check. So will update in 1 month.after new test is done. Still a bit strange..Taking Vit K and Calcium this time together..

We genuinely apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you.  Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, can be taken in through food and supplements or can be made in the skin from 7-dehydrocholesterol with the help of UVB radiation from the sun. Of the vitamin D requirement, about 80%-95% is produced independently by the sun's rays.
Gastrointestinal problems can lead to lower absorption of vitamin D in the bowel. This refers to all diseases that affect the gastrointestinal tract. Weight gain can also have an effect on normalising vitamin D levels. Because vitamin D is stored in fatty tissue (a fat-soluble vitamin), vitamin D is deposited there when fat increase. We have already offered you a replacement test so that you can check the vitamin D level again.
