FRAUD

Wrong dosage
I have bought noopept with pre-cap from here.I have a scale so that i can scale it up.My scale shows 0.3g=300 mg , not 30 mg

It consists filler.When i tried it for the first time,I felt really bad,very sleepy and hard to concentrate ,then I think the dosage was wrong.When I continue to consume,side effects are gone

Cerebra Nootropics delivers what you ordered...if not on their first delivery, on their second try. I ordered 3 different products and 1/3 was not what I ordered. I sent them an email and received a polite response back that I could keep what was sent and that they would send me the right product asap (at their costs). They did so the same day, as I received their order confirmation and tracking code from their carrier. Had it in my mailbox the next day. At this stage, however, I cannot yet speak of the efficacy of their products.
