I paid for the service to obtain a digital signature, uploaded my ID document, and received verification that my equipment was compatible for the video verification which forms the final stage of the process. I waited online for an hour, without success, for an agent to join me and complete the face to face verification. I wrote a prompt in the chat for contact - no response. I tried again later that day - no agent, no response in the chat. I sent an email requesting a meeting time - still no response two days later. I have sent another email but don't hold much hope I'll get a response. Is this company offering a service anymore? It took my money and is the first company on a list of of those able to provide a validated digital signature by French authorities, so I hope so. Not sure what to do now.

Ho pagato il servizio per ottenere una firma digitale, ho caricato il mio documento d'identità e ho ricevuto la verifica che la mia attrezzatura era compatibile per la verifica video, che costituisce la fase finale del processo. Ho aspettato online per un'ora, senza successo, che un operatore si unisse a me e completasse la verifica faccia a faccia. Ho scritto un messaggio in chat per essere contattato, ma nessuna risposta. Ho riprovato più tardi quel giorno, ma nessun operatore, nessuna risposta in chat. Ho inviato un'e-mail per richiedere un appuntamento, ma ancora nessuna risposta due giorni dopo. Ho inviato un'altra e-mail, ma non ho molte speranze di ricevere una risposta. Questa azienda offre ancora un servizio? Mi ha preso i soldi ed è la prima azienda in un elenco di quelle in grado di fornire una firma digitale convalidata dalle autorità francesi, quindi spero di sì. Non so cosa fare ora.

I urgently needed an Eidas-certified signed document and made the mistake of trying Certeurope. It was impossible to do, as I spent literally hours waiting without success for an operator to join the required online video-call to validate my identifications.  I also got no response to my e-mail requesting help and eventually gave up and went elsewhere to a company that really did provide the required service in five minutes as promised

I have e-mailed again requesting an immediate and full refund, but the best way to save your money and avoid the hassle is not to use this company

Update 29 Jan 2026: contrary to Certeurope's response, I was not helped by Certeurope nor did I activate and use my service. I did receive an e-mail on 21 January replying to my previously-emailed complaint with an apology and stating that I would receive a refund, but I have not yet been reimbursed
