and when I asked for a refund they told me that they don't send refunds.

I’ve checked our clients list there’s no Marie in it, we don’t refund top-up as you sign in the contract also you have checked all our terms of use we don’t refund top-up. You have to spend them.
- There’s no way to provide stolen ad account because we do provide ad account with clients name
- Im sure you are one of the clients we have removed because they were selling sexual/ aggressive cosmetic products or the one who’s scamming customers
We accept Payouner and wise because they are only online payment available.
I dare you to mention your name so I can provide screenshots for conversation in our slack and your ads so people will know exactly what I’m talking about

I asked them for a refund but still didn't receive anything.

- refund takes 6 weeks for client to be refunded as you signed in the contract
- ad account are strong but they are not for black Hat offers as we fund you and some clients doing ( sexual, aggressive cosmetic offers )
- Our support is very friendly as you can see in many feedbacks I wish if there’s a way to add screenshots to prove clients feedback inside our conversations
- Its sad to see you’re trying to leave feedback in this way without showing your name :)

Nothing bad to say about the service
it's been 2 months i've been using the agency ad account, launching new campaigns daily, with no problem, top-ups usually take 30 min max, nothing bad to say about the service, everything is on point!
Been struggling with BMs for a long time, every time I buy a new one and I try to lunch ads, it gets banned immediately, so it was a waste of a lot of money and time, and if you are in the same situation, bro I highly recommend the service!
