You never send the complete finished courses to the state I call several times and I asked to speak with a supervisor I never received a call.
Now you said that I have to rport by myself when I bought the courses I was told that I dont have to worry to send because you will send the problem is that the state receive the information but it was not complete.
And I never receive a call back from a supervisor no voicemail nothing do not try to cover your incompetence with excuses.

Regarding course completion — we send Records of Attendance (ROA) to document your coursework, and students self-report directly to the state.
