I bought a pillow 3 months ago, and I never got it. I keep sending emails, and the company send me to another adding the word shop, but their website doesn't work, and the email they provide neither, Definitely a scam, don't buy to them.
Now I have to deal with my bank

Seems to be a scam. I’m still waiting after receiving some apparently fake tracking info

Trying to get a refund and they’re telling me that from the get go in there policy that I agree to that there’s no refund. What kind of crap is this! The product sucks don’t waste your money!!!!!!!

The company is a con, ordered a pillow on the 18th of May, received order number and a fake tracking number. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks with no response, then their website has disappeared.

On May 14th, I placed my first order for a cervical cloud pillow. I was immediately e-mailed an order number (ORDER #CS21597WS). A few minutes later, I placed a second order for another Cervical cloud pillow and a neck & shoulder massager and immediately I was emailed an order number (ORDER #CS21598WS). I was later emailed a tracking number for only one of my orders. My credit card was charged for both orders. I received delivery for one pillow and the neck massager. I contacted customer service to let the company know that I only received one tracking number and to please send a second tracking number for my second order. On May 30th, a Customer Representative, Lennie Mae, contracted me to inform me that records show that my order was delivered. I explained the situation to her and ask if she could compare order numbers to tracking numbers to confirm deliveries. Also if she could provide me a tracking on the order I have not received. On May 31, she stated she will check with shipping team and follow up with me. Well it’s June 16 and I have not received any feedback or refund for pillow not received or delivery of pillow. I’ve requested a contact phone number so that I could speak with someone but got nothing and I provide my phone number for some to contact me. How can a company charge you for merchandise and not ensure you receive it and if you didn’t receive help you to resolve the issue. This is very poor service! I expect and deserve better service! I just underwent neck surgery and I need both pillows in which I have paid for!

Absolute fraud.
Claims to be a French based company with outlets in the US and Australia, but then the delivery comes from a Chinese company called 'Cu Jia Trade Hangzou Branch'.
When it arrives, the pillow has been carelessly mashed and duct taped into a misshapen ball, and there's no receipt or acknowledgement of the product, or anything to say it's come from CervicalCloud. Again on the packaging it just says 'Cu Jia Trade Hangzou Branch'.

Worse still - it stinks!! The pillow and case smells strongly of chemicals or petrol or something gross like that. God knows what sort of factory it's come from, but no way would I put my face anywhere near it.

Please read their refunds policy carefully before ordering - firstly, they state that only refunds are offered on 'regular priced' items and not sale items - but their entire website is constantly on sale!! So by that policy alone they won't accept a refund..
Also they ask that for any refunds, products should be returned to a location in France, when clearly the product wasn't sent from there and given that I'm based in Australia no way would I pay for that shipping!

I'm out AU$60 to this fraudulent company and won't be making the same mistake again.

Their products are simply fantastic. I had a problem with my neck because when I woke up from my bed I had always a sore neck. I tried to search on google for something that could help me and I found this website. I bought a contour neck pillow and it solved my problem. Now I can sleep without any issue at all.

Since i have been working at physically hard work i got a back pain problem and it was hard for me to fo massage myself and there is no one to help me even my wife wasn't with me. I ordered my pillow on April 26 and haven’t received it. I just tracked it and was very surprised to see that it is shipping from China and is in fact still in China. I hope it is worth the wait.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this pillow. Everyone needs one of them! Since buying and sleeping on this pillow, I have not slept better. I drool about it-literally. The next day, I had to buy a pillow protector. I sleep well every night. I can’t even say if I’m tossing, because I don’t remember! It's so incredibly comfortable that I can't wait to sleep and wake up refreshed.
