I enjoy the Neck Massager from CervicalCloud. I don't need to visit my physician anymore. My neck and shoulders don't hurt anymore.

This company provides an inferior product and their return policy is functionally nonexistent. The neck pillow ships from China (despite the fact that the company that sells it is HQ'd in Paris), smells weird, and is so uncomfortable that it actually exacerbates neck pain. I wouldn't even give this pillow to my cat to sleep on.

Everyone else here who says this company is a scam is correct. You need only look at their listed return policy to know that any attempts to return one of their products for even a partial refund will be laughed off. There are other products on the market that actually help with neck pain and whose companies have a much more reasonable return policy.

Bad company to deal with.So I ordered then cancelled my order due to the high conversion rate yet they still sent the pillow from within Australia, yet they wanted me to pay for it to be sent back to the US when it was sent within Australia. Anyway I sent it back to the address within Australia and provided a tracking number they claimed they couldn’t see and have now stopped contacting me to resolve. Not only do I not have the product but now I am out 150 aud out of pocket. So then I disputed with PayPal which then sided with the seller as they sent the product! So no product and 150 out of pocket.. scammers for a tiny crappy pillow don’t buy!

This pillow is hard and stinky. Just found out it will cost more to return it than its worth and the company won't credit you. They should be ashamed!

If you suffer from lower-back pain, when you wake up in the morning: this will help. I used to wake in the morning, and felt this pain, in my lower back and started using this pillow between the legs ( i fall asleep on the side): this really solved that issue. It works!

Stay away! I never received my item and Customer Service no longer responds to my inquiries. I live in the United States. The neck pillow I ordered in mid December was shipped from China and, according to tracking, has been at a warehouse less than 10 miles from me for OVER 20 DAYS! CervicalCloud is based in Paris, France, and the only way you can contact them is using email. That's fine but they are no longer responding to my emails. This has left me no other alternative than to dispute the charges with my bank, which I have done.

This is an awful company. The pillow itself was very hard and uncomfortable; it made my neck much worse. When I asked for a refund I was initially promised a 50% refund as it was a sale item but I did not recieve any money back. All of my subsequent emails to them were ignored.
Please do not use this company.

Great products for people with back problems. I have tried the Contour Neck Pillow and recommend it. Of quality and professionals.

This company creates a host of products that help with lower back pain. If you suffer from tight muscles related to stress, I highly recommend using this company.

SCAM!!!!! Their warehouse is in the US, but if you want to return anything it has to be shipped to Poland, which will cost you at least 60.00. Poor support, material, cheap! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I placed my order on Dec. 17, 2020 by accident. I did not realize at the time that I was trying to order what I thought was the correct item, but minutes after I hit the purchase button, I realized it was the wrong company. I immediately emailed the company my issue and asked them to cancel my order and I received a very wishy washey lame email with a four digit number saying they would work on it. Well I have sent several emails since then and no response, but they still charged my card. Too many of these FAKE companies out there!!! Hoping my credit card company will be able to help. You can tell 99% of their reviews are even FAKE!!! They don't make any sense!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

You can use CervicalCloud to get good quality products at low cost. The design of their products is as beautiful as it is functional. On the other hand, the prices of these products are also relatively low. So I recommend others to buy products from here.
