The dress was very beautiful I could fit it perfectly. I didn’t have any problems with it at all.

Waste of time, dress presented on their website will look nothing like the one you receive ! Even after sending your size the custom made dress will not fit you at all, it will be horribly looking, not fitting, uncomfortable..… etc. You will be going back and forth with Cetims including a bunch of nonsense from the company not wanting to help you after you clearly tell them you didn’t get the proper dress that was supposed to look good like they presented it online and was supposed to fit you after you sent your measurements and that you paid for….Never again with Cetims

My experience with this company was pleasant. I am very pleased with my dress. They reached out to confirm my measurements and the dress fits very well. Great quality and good material. The dress feels like luxury. My husband loves the dress as well. The dress came faster than I expected. I will be ordering from this site again. My customer service rep. (Jane Wang-Lemon) kept a good line of communication.

I ordered my dress according to the measurements and it was still too tight. They do not give you a 100% refund if you return the dress. Plus you have to pay for shipping overseas which is pricey.
I expected a good quality dress but it went bad after one use.

Great price and quality dress. The custom sizing was very nice and help cut the cost on alterations. The delivery was fast as well.

It was a wonderful experience, I got a total of 9 dresses for my bridesmaids, customer service Jane was awesome with responding and attending to my need and they shopped in time . The dresses were as shown and am happy I used them can’t wait for June 18 to see everyone in these dresses

My daughter wore the bridesmaid dress. Here’s what she said about the dress.
1) the length was too long. The length was made for someone 5’8. She is 5’3 . With 2 1/2 heels, it was still too long .
2) With the train on the back of the dress , it needed to have a bustle made.
3) The V neck was too deep, had to be altered.
4)The material itself had no “give” to it. It would’ve been preferable to have the material in stretch satin .
Alterations added an extra $100.

Shipping was fast material was great

If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t have bought from this store because:
1. Their custom-made sizing is inaccurate. They should have asked for more measurements to ensure the dress would fit properly.
2. The fabric quality is poor. For the high prices they charge, you’d expect better materials. I thought the dress would look great for an important event, but it ended up looking terrible.
3. It’s not worth buying from their store because the design shown in the app is completely different from what you actually receive.

I loved the look of the dress and the way it fit. The only thing I did not like about it is that it showed anything on it. If I accidentally spilled anything on it and used water to wipe it off, it would show everywhere that the water was too.

I bought a bridesmaid dress, using my own measurements, which I recommend. Lemon emailed me right away asking more questions, it felt very supportive. They made the dress to order, and shipped it quickly. The dress fits perfectly. It’s better than i expected, I’m very happy

I've had a very hard time finding a dress that fits me well as my body type is a bit challenging. Lemon has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout this process.

Service sucked, dress was not comfortable nor did it even come close to fitting. They refused to refund me. Never sending anyone here

I had a problem with my original order which was for a bridesmaid dress. I emailed the company and had a wonderful response from Service Rep, Lemon, who dealt with the issue, had me reorder and made arrangements to return the original item and rush ship the replacement free of charge Excellent customer service!!!

Poor dress, style that I saw online was totally different from what I received and extremely long even when I provided a custom measurement. Alteration cost more than the dress . And seller did nothing to help . Bad customer service. I will Never order from this seller again
