I got this for my daughters wedding but after spending $150 on the dress that’s supposed to be custom made for me and since there is no refund I had to pay $140 to hem it and take the waist in despite giving my exact measurements including height with the shoes from head and shoulder , bust, waist, hip and largest hip point. The dress also has an off center zipper and a slanted seem at the waist , the top was tight making hard to breathe and there was an internal layer of material that was wrinkled and showed through the chest area. The material itself seemed nice and the rep tried and reached out to me with questions but a lot was missed here and I had to buy another dress.

I would not recommend this site. They are legit, but do not know how to make dresses. They insisted I order a custom fit due to my measurements and even though it was allegedly tailored to my exact size, the dress was too tight and looked nothing like the picture’s shape. The front (chest was awkward) and the back unzippable. I reached out to Cetims and they agreed to try making it again at no cost which is why I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. I resent all my measurements WITH pictures of how I measured myself and they still sent a very unflattering dress that didn’t have the mermaid shape and still was weird in the chest area. I asked for how they could get a dress wrong and they said they tried their best and reviewed it with everyone but it looks like they don’t have experienced seamstresses. Unfortunately all my fellow bridesmaids had some issue with their dress (except for one person). I had to pay money to a local seamstress to alter it since Cetims couldn’t get it right. By the end of the night (wedding) both my straps broke and so was the case with my sister’s dress. Overall it was disappointing and overly expensive. Do not buy from here.

The dress was true to photo. The material is good quality and the seller was responsive to questions. The measurements were accurate also. I would recommend this website.

The dresses don’t look as pictures and even though it was custom sized the fit was terrible and dress was boxy and ill fitted. The straps are cheaply made with adjustable clear plastic clips and it’s 100 polyester vs silk satin. It is not possible to return and Jane was rude when things didn’t work out with my order. It would have cost more in alterations to fix all the issues than the cost of the dress and I was so disappointed. Just shop locally and don’t risk purchasing an occasion grown from here or at best don’t order a custom sizing. They don’t even really give you a descent return time on the non custom items so I would caution purchasing here altogether to be honest. I was stuck with a dress that didn’t even have the same shape as the picture. (It was not mermaid at the bottom, just extra loose fabric that hit the floor more like A line.) I still ended up having someone local just make me a dress from scratch from my bother’s wedding. It’s not worth the risk ladies. Keep your money. The Quality (or lack of) is not worth it the trouble. I cautioned my soon to be sister in law about purchasing these like this online and needless to say once she saw my dress she had us all abort Cetims and decided to get it done locally. If you’re going to purchase dresses like this online like at their policies and be prepared to spend extra to make adjustment bc these companies do not cut dresses or size the way a professional would. PERIOD.

This website is a scam! Soo many problems with my poorly made dress even with proof of designer honoring my return i had to fight them through my bank.

I love the many color options cetims have. The dresses are so beautiful and the fabric is and feels amazing very good quality. The measurements are true to its size. The customer service is also amazing, they responded my emails right away and answered all my questions.
