Ordered a rack, chose the six week delivery option.

Didn't come. Wrote an email at like 7 weeks. No response. Wrote another email at like 9 weeks. No response.

Twelve weeks later I'm disputing the charge with my CC provider.

Would have rather had a rack, but this is ridiculous.

My order of racks never arrived. I ordered 4 racks in June 2017 (it’s been 2 and a half years) I gave CETMA the benefit of the doubt since I’ve dealt with Lane many times in the past, but it’s evident now that he’s overwhelmed or doesn’t care who he owes products to. Some customers will receive their orders promptly, while others never received what they paid for. I can’t recommend CETMA cargo bikes, or racks, period.

Happy to talk until you pay him your money. I was told six weeks or less for a bike. It’s been seven months and Lane won’t answer phone calls or emails.

I ordered a front rack in October 2019 with the understanding it would be shipped in 7 weeks. In December I contacted Lane at CETMA and he replied he would send it in a week with tracking. He never got back to my following emails when nothing happened weeks later. Its now almost Feb 2020 and he has stopped replying to my emails.

BEWARE this guy is a thief and he will steal your money.

I'd give CETMA zero stars if I could. I ordered and paid for a bike in June 2018 with an expectation that it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. It's now been over a year and a half. He stopped answering my email, doesn't answer his phone, and deleted his Facebook and Instagram accounts. He took my $3,700 and never delivered a bike. Don't give this guy your money!

extremely unreliable. i ordered a rack and payed extra for the option to send it out within a week. when i didn't recieve any tracking number after 2 weeks i started to contact him. he replied that he will send it out that day. a few days later he claimed he had send it out but forgot the tracking number and would be out of the country for a week. he hasn't replied any messages since then, not even when i asked him to send my money back. the order is almost 3 months ago now. i met some other people in london who had the same problems with him and only saw their money back after chasing him for ages. i don't understand whats wrong with this guy but definately don't ever send him money.
