Never got the bike and now fighting and fighting to get my money back. I would never buy anything from this company ever. Had to file a dispute with my bank just to try and get my money back. They kept saying ups had my order but must be ups is lying to me because they never got anything and then tried telling them this but nope you will get your bike. It was all lies lies lies. Took 378$ from me and now don't wanna return it what a joke of a company don't ever trust them. Find somewhere else to buy something.

I order a motorcycle from their website, it was for my son’s birthday.
But once I received it is broken near the chain.
For sure it could not be safe to deive. So I am trying to call them but no one is picking up my phone. I sent an email finally, let’s see if I could receive a reply.
My money lost, birthday ruined.
Please don’t order anything from this website.

The tires are paper thin an come apart at the thread i would not reconmend this product it is unsafe for kids an should be reported to oshea or someone less then 5 hrs an it came apart while my 6 yr old rode it no punctures,nothing jus cheap unsafe tires an i feel they know it i ask for a tire an tube or a refund

So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears UPS lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's UPS phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call UPS and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way UPS sucks also.

I have read so many bad reviews about this company, but I had an amazing experience with them. I ordered 2 dirtbikes, and my card was charged. I realized a day or so later that I did not want to purchase the bikes because my kids are not quite ready. I emailed them explaining. They wrote back immediately and refunded me in full. Very happy with their service and will be ordering from them one day in the future for sure!

If I could give them 0 stars I would Don't waste your money is basically throwing it away when buying from this company. Their customer service is extremely rude they don't care. I purchased 2 Phantom RSX Pocket Bike almost $1000 one time used and both bikes are leaking really bad and the bike won't stay on. I was going to purchase Stinger RT Go Karts, X18-R Nitro Bike, and X19-CR Dominator Bike but never again will they get business from me. I'm not one to ever write reviews bad reviews. I'm always pretty satisfied with the things I purchased but the way I was treated by their customer service representative was not right that is not the way to treat your customers.

Today is 03/05/21. I recently ordered a GP RS-R bike package and they said I need to swap the Blade package instead since the GP RS-R won’t arrive 6 weeks.
So I decided get the Blade bike package for my race.
I am very disappointed as a NEW customer to them.. the helmet they sent to me was a Fukien USED CRACKING POS ..
I emailed back to them with pictures, guess what they told me “ send it back with your own money for shipping and they will replace a new one “...
I already spent $50 for shipping and this is their end error defect product.. they should send me a UPS Label instead for sending back their defect helmet. why should I spend another shipping charge again..???
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MINIPOCKETROCKETS ..
So disappointed as a new customer for only couple days.. :(
