The handling, packaging, and delivery of their online orders are outstanding. Delivery is always as fast as promised, without any delays, and I’ve never once had a cigar arrive damaged. The occasional free cutter is a fantastic bonus, too!
Overall, they are easily the best place to buy cigars in the UK. While I’ve run into issues with other mainstream vendors, C.Gars has been absolutely flawless. I purchase several packages a month, and they consistently give 120% to both their sales and after-sales service.
