Missing items, customer support doesn't reply
In general I'm satisfied with the company as I made more than 20 orders where everything went smoothly, however in June I made the order which was shipped to me with 3 items missing. Since then I tried to contact CGB via e-mail however I received no reply. Then I called them and they advised me to send another email, which I did. On July 27th they apologised and confirmed they still have the banknotes and will send them as soon as possible. Since then I received no reply although I tried to contact via e-mail and phone as well. Meanwhile I made another order which was sent to me successfully, I asked them to include missing items too, however still didn't receive items bought on June 16th

Terrible customer service, nice but slightly pricey coins
First of all, discounts are not possible when purchasing from cgb. When after 10 purchases I decided to finally ask whether or not a discount was possible, I contacted them, had to chase twice before getting a 2-line answer saying that they had asked the item owner. A week later still nothing; I chase, I get a reply saying there is no news. Been two months now, never heard back from them...meh....Their coins are ok though.
