Thank you for your feedback. Even though the value of the shipment was low, current international shipping regulations still require customs declarations for commercial goods sent to India. Low value does not exempt a shipment from customs formalities or import controls. For this reason, the shipment had to be sent with full customs documentation and tracking. International carriers such as FedEx handle these mandatory customs procedures and provide the documentation required by customs authorities. The package was shipped in compliance with applicable export and customs regulations. Unfortunately, customs clearance decisions are made by the authorities of the destination country and are outside our direct control.
If Indian Customs is requesting additional information, we recommend contacting FedEx India directly as soon as possible so they can assist with the clearance process and help avoid the return or destruction of the shipment. International customs regulations have become significantly stricter in recent years, including for low-value shipments, with mandatory customs declarations now required in most countries for commercial goods crossing international borders.

After 15 days from order no reply - in the end sorted out
I made an order on 25 April 2026. On 11 May I did not receive not only the books but even any reply from them on when the order will be shipped. I have contacted them various time but no reply at all. Then books where shipped and delivered to me after the review. Anyway all good in the end

Delivery Changes? Why?
CGB has been one of my go-to suppliers for years but their recent switch to courier only deliveries (at least to the UK) instead of La Poste means they will lose out on my business in future.
The decision was not communicated to me (did they bother notifying any customers?) and I will not pay more to import coins when I can source them from their competitors for less.
A poor decision poorly communicated.
