Very nice ..molto efficiente e utile
Worth recommending!
All over, a very good experiénce! For me I would certainly recommend this Company to do business with!
Extremely disappointing and UN FAIR
Extremely disappointing and UN FAIR: they answered my email (asking for what happened to the return of my parcel) that they MIGHT give me a compensation.
From my point of view it s kind of an abusive deal: they underestimate your items, propose a ridiculously low price and if you refusé the deal
..they loose the parcel!
And their explanations are quite confuse.
Very tricky and dishonest.

I was pleased to get rid of things I won't use . I was a bit disappointed by the sum I got , there was no listing of prices of the things you send .Maybe I would have asked to recuperate cause they didnot offer much for it . Otherwise the customer service is great . the parcel got to them very quickly , the estimation was suprisingly very quick .So Yes great service .
Disappointing.
Disappointing.
My package contained 8 watches, 2 digital cameras, and costume jewelry. I had it appraised item by item. The total value was between €150 and €600. The offer I received: €24! I was very disappointed. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere.

fast, in 2 days I received my money. It was near what i expected. I have ask for a new label!
They keep their promises
Extremely disappointing experience
My package containing a necklace worth 180€ was delivered successfully on February 5th according to the tracking information. However, after the parcel arrived, I received absolutely no update or notification from the company for weeks.
The only reason I found out something was wrong is because I contacted them myself after waiting for an unusually long time with no check-in or communication. Only then did they finally respond and tell me that my package had apparently been lost internally.
From that point onward, communication became incredibly frustrating:
* emails were repeatedly ignored,
* responses often took days or weeks,
* and I constantly had to follow up myself just to get any information at all.
I provided the original invoice for the necklace showing a value of 180€, and at the time the invoice was only around 2–3 months old. Despite this, I was initially offered only 30€ compensation.
I also provided:
* screenshots and links of comparable items,
* and later even eBay sold listings after additional requests from the company.
Every time I submitted what they asked for, new requirements were suddenly added afterwards instead of resolving the issue.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Arcavindi advertises insured parcels on their website, yet this was never properly addressed when discussing compensation for my lost package.
I also attempted to settle the matter fairly by offering to accept 100€ as a compromise, but this proposal was completely ignored as well, with no reply at all.
What disappoints me most is not only the loss of my property, but the complete lack of proactive communication and the feeling of being ignored throughout the entire process. It has been four month now and the problem is still not resolved.

No stars would be the accurate score…
No stars would be the accurate score for my experience with Arcavindi. I received an offer of 34 Euros for jewelry worth several hundreds of Euros. My jewelry was simply thrown into a box and returned to me in a mess. The several separate jewelry pouches that I used to sort and send the jewelry in an orderly fashion were NOT even returned to me. Before my items were even returned, an Arcavindi customer service rep on the phone actually described past incidents of poor packaging by Arcavindi (items just dumped haphazardly into the return box), but that after several customer complaints, she hoped this wouldn't happen in my case. Well it did. Arcavindi even kept several jewelry pouches that I had used to pack the items in an orderly passion. The claims made by Arcavindi are a farce. I CANNOT recommend this organization. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.

The interactions with Vintage Cash Cow…
The interactions with Vintage Cash Cow were straightforward and easy from the outset. I was kept informed of proceedings whilst my items were waiting to be appraised, following which a very favourable offer was made which I accepted and the payment was transferred to my account without delay.
I would certainly use this company in the future should I have the need and I can highly recommend them for your vintage items.
Service
Service: perfect
Reaction: perfect
Handling: perfect
Price: low, but just barely acceptable
Having seen the « publicity » I found…
Having seen the « publicity » I found it worthwhile to reassure myself by comparing their website with checking reviews here first and can’t say I’m impressed.
Publicity seems to suggest you can sell whatever, not true.
Website blurb is extremely suggestive, values of shown boxes is 10x higher than most reported offers.
Local number, Dutch address, Czech Rep Whatsapp
Seem to spend more time curating reviews for image than looking after disappointed clients.
The 4.0 rating seems too high in light of the great number of unhappy users and suspect, far too many very undetailed generic recent 5 star reviews, many of which are from people who never wrote a review and some even written before having received payment, like they were in a rush to praise the company.
Seeing as their publicity makes a point of pointing out their 4.0 Trustpilot rating it makes you wonder how many reviews were added to drive up a psychologically off-putting useless 3.something rating to an acceptable publicity worthy 4.0.
Also, what’s with the 34€ valuations that so many seem to get, can’t be a coincidence, sounds like a random value chosen when they can’t be bothered to evaluate.
They obviously have zero risk and almost no overheads seeing as clients pay shipping costs and they only deal in high potential objects.
To that I have to say, would you really feel comfortable sending any objects of value in an envelope that screams « potentially valuable objets inside »? Too many intermediate actors involved for accountability to work in case of loss.
And if you have gold, you’ll get a better offer at any gold shop with less risk.
Easy and fast
Shipping, the transaction, the appraisal of the items, and payment are all very quick; the only drawback is not knowing the breakdown of the items' value by category.
Inefficient Process and Poor Handling
Overall assessment: Not recommended.
1. Onboarding Process
The process to receive the starter kit is unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming:
Initial request for eligibility/list
Mandatory call with the company
Call provides no additional value beyond what is already stated on the website
Only after this, the starter box is sent
This alone takes more than two weeks, which is excessive for a basic onboarding step.
2. Submission and Review Timeline
After sending the box as agreed:
2 weeks pass before confirmation of receipt
Another week passes before any review outcome
The overall timeline lacks efficiency and transparency, even countless emails have been sent for update - uncontrolled automation.
3. Rejection Despite Prior Alignment
The submitted items were rejected despite prior discussion and alignment, which raises concerns about:
Internal consistency
Clarity of requirements
Reliability of guidance provided during onboarding
4. Damaged Returns
Upon return of the items:
2 out of 10 items were severely damaged
Items are no longer sellable elsewhere
This indicates inadequate handling and quality control.
Conclusion
The combination of:
Slow and redundant onboarding
Poor communication
Inconsistent evaluation criteria
Damaged returned goods
That results in a highly unsatisfactory experience.
Recommendation: Avoid using this service.

It is not good Company.
My name is Helcir Melo.I sent a lot of equipment, like a camera, over a month ago. To this day, April 14th (I sent it in February) and still haven't received a response, I've called several Arcavind numbers and answered by a robot. The website doesn't provide any information. Trustpilot needs to review its information. I have called to : 0800 2461111
