Always trustworthy an fully cooperative agents. Me and my wife had never issues with their products. Everything we got is worth money and time. If something appears to be difficult to solve, they would find solution wright a way.

I have been waiting since mid December for 1 product on an order and I keep hearing from the support you will get it in 24 hours. Well as of today still waiting.

I ordered Office 365 from them a d had to chase for delivery, 3 days later i received an Invitation to join someones family to use office!..... Thanh invited you to join their Microsoft 365 Family Subscription. That is clearly not acceptable but I cant get a refund or even a reply from them! Avoid this company.

I previously ordered several things from them and everything was OK. This time there was an issue. I ordered Adobe pro 2025, which turned out does not include pdf maker. I chatted with them (they have live chat with a human not a bot). They offered to replace my order to Adobe 2022 which does have this add-on. I feel they should have not sell a product knowing its limitations, but at least they resolved the problem. Also on a negative side, they ask you to pay with Paypal "friends and family" which leaves you without protection.

Acquied an adobe photoshop and Arcobat.The software was included to isolate downloads as well as video product installation.The installation of the two products was successful.I could ask a question before making a purchase and got fast answer to my question.Despite the fact that it was on the weekend.

Keys instantly delivered at high price. Has 5 windows pro keys and 2024 office pro key.They all worked.So far so good.Recommended and would have recommended.Thanks to a less expensive means of services.

The downloads work straight away but there are issues with the product keys and their customer service is appalling. Was trying for days to get them to respond via the chat and emails but no joy. Phone number doesn't work. Would suggest avoiding

Good and fast communication. But when the installation code stops working, you're lost. No one responds to emails, chat, phone calls, etc. My lifetime license expired two days after placing the order.

I purchased a lifetime code but instead I did get a code that expired after 1 month.
I send severeal mails to cgikeys but no reply.

the download and the key didn't work,Adobe has blocked me, wrote messages and emails to Cgikeys shop,but no answer!

Don't order anything on this shop,they ask to pay using Paypal family and friends option,so that you can't ask a refund.

Don’t trust this company. It a hit or miss when buying from them. I purchased a product key from them that wasn’t valid. I contacted them several times but no response. They ask you to pay via PayPal Family and Friends and to leave the note section blank. They know that you are not covered by the buyer protection by doing this. So your money is gone. Your choice if you want to take a chance.

I have used them several times over the years whenever i get a new machine. I usually always come here for Acrobat, Visio, Office. i almost always have an issue with the key being used up, but they have always sent another right away and it works. I find the telephone activation works the best.

Scam Scam Scam. Bought Acrobat Pro, got cracked ISO installation media )-:
Nobody wants to install this into a production machine.
I claimed money back - but never got it.
What more - UNABLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THEIR FRAUDULENT OFFER LETTERS.

Bought Adobe 2024 Pro, product worked for 1 week, and started showing problems. Contacted service to fix the problem, and after a few given solutions, nothing changed. Asked for money-back several times, no reply from theme. 30€ lost.

After purchasing the products I was able to easily install them. I did run into issues with one but after reaching out to customer service, I was able to get Adobe photoshop installed. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I recently bought an Adobe Pro license. Actually it's the third i buy from them and each of the licenses worked for about 1 week (tops). After that, I get an error that the product is not genuine and it just crashes. I even wrote an email asking for their help in this matter but, as expected, there was absolutely no answer.
