Unreliable Software Supplier - Broken Promises, Incomplete Product
I had a terrible experience with a software supplier that I strongly advise against. I purchased what was supposed to be a fully licensed Adobe product, only to discover it couldn't validate with Adobe and therefore lacked future essential updates for features and security. For my work I needed a fully licensed Adobe product to work with other Adobe software. Despite promises of a refund from their sales team, I received nothing. Avoid this supplier at all costs.
When I contacted their sales team, they assured me of a refund. However, they never followed through. This supplier lacks integrity and customer care. Do not buy from them. Look elsewhere for a reliable supplier who values their customers.
