VeloHouse POSSIBLE FRAUD

Extremely concerning — no communication after payment

I ordered an e-bike from VeloHouse on 13 August 2026 and made the payment immediately. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them asking for confirmation that my payment was received and for an update on when I can expect delivery.

I have received absolutely no response.

I have also tried calling the telephone number listed on their website, but nobody answers.

At this point, more than a week after placing and paying for the order, I have no payment confirmation, no delivery information and no response to multiple attempts to contact them.

This is extremely concerning and, based on my experience so far, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this website/company. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before placing an order or making payment.

VeloHouse: please respond to your customer and provide a clear explanation of what is happening with my paid order.
