Post-hacking recovery
Ashleigh (and Luca on our initial contact with you) were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, creative, kind and supportive in our stressful hacking circumstances. They were available, prompt with responding and went well beyond the ordinary bounds of professional service. We would recommend you. The only slightly less satisfactory process was when we were sent thought to Chadwell via 02 was that the receptionist was not able to pass us straight through to the relevant person, but had to send a separate message to them. This did not seem quite so reliable. This may have been because O2 had a fault and were having to forward clients to you. Many thanks. Pam and Paul

Fantastic service on changing supplier
After my monthly payment was increased by over 7% I decided to seek a more reasonable supplier and checked Switcheroo. I was contacted by Luca di Giovanni from Chadwell Telecoms and he took great care in questioning me to understand my current situation and future requirements. He has provided me with a new supplier which is £45 per month less expensive and a fast changeover date.
I would highly recommend this company and thank Luca for his professional and knowledgeable service.
