We also advised you to confirm compatibility with Napoleon before ordering.
The part you received is the correct Acumen battery box. This was confirmed by our team and again by a competitor who stocks the same RCK-I kits.

Napoleon Purview 50-in
I ordered two Napoleon Purview 50-inch fireplaces and had them delivered to Calgary. There was a small mix-up in the first shipment where I only received one, but once I reached out, they sent the second unit right away. I’m really happy with the ordering and delivery process. Now, I’m excited to install them and see how they look in place!

Chadwicks has a Great team to work with!
Right from the start the customer service was fantastic. I reached out by email with a few questions on a Fireplace I saw was on sale and it was responded to promptly. I arranged the order and was even sent the installation booklet because we wanted to get started right away before the item was delivered. We will return when we want to replace our BBQ.
