Bluetooth unit supply
Guys,
Ordered the BTM-03 via normal post. Got a phone call later that day yo say the part was still in production and would be delayed a week. It arrived as stated. Wired it in within 1/2 an hour (2 wires - doh!), plugged it into my Autocom SPA and fired it up. BT linked in to my Zumo XT straight away and then BT linked my mobile to the XT. Phoned the wife on the home number from my helmet - perfect. Very impressed, thanks guys. Despite the small delay, the seller informed me of the situation. Can't ask much more. Very pleased.

The item we ordered was out of stock. There was a short delay on us finidng this out however following an email explaining this item was out of stock a replacement brand was dispatched.

Absolutely terrible service. Never again I will buy anything from them . Delivery time are from weeks to never, salesperson will promise you everything. . discount, next day free delivery and so on as long as you don't ask for refund and even that is a challenge. Make sure your credit card has monkey back guarantee.

Incredible service. Popped in for advice on my Interphone Tour. Tom is very knowledgeable on his products. Ended up going back the next day to have Denali D1 running lights. Excellent service. Definitely use Chainspeed again.

Got the packet quick, but they are very slow to solve issues. got a case where my purchase did not fit my newer bike model as described. I sendt in a case where I pointed out that description was wrong. They took a long time to answer and I still have not recieved instructions on how to return it three weeks after contacting them.They were quick to update the product page though but not to serve me as a customer. Do not reccomend.
