Great product and very helpful sales person. The chair was easy to put together and once assembled looked very good and according to my daughter, who I purchased it for, was very comfortable. Only time will tell how long it lasts but for now, very good.

I bought "Nesta Bariatric Office Chair" from these guys in December 2025.

Shortly after placing the order I got a phone-call from someone at their warehouse to tell me the colour I'd ordered (grey) was out of stock and asking me if I preferred to wait or receive one in black. With so many other firms you'd just end up not receiving the item and having to chase to find out why, but instead they were proactive in contacting me which I appreciated.

The chair arrived quickly, well-packed, and with all the parts needed. The instructions are clear and assembly was simple. It's a very comfortable chair (and I've owned many!) so much so that we ended up buying a second one for my spouse a few days later.

I have had two chairs from ChairOffice over the years, really enjoyed them, sturdy, reliable and a good price. Would recommend it for working-from-home people aswell as gamers!

This company operates on the basis of selling stock it does not hold, first taking the customer payment and then ordering items from the manufacturer; hence why delivery took 20 days to fulfill. Despite my contacting them to cancel the order when the delivery did not arrive in the specified 3-10 days, they went ahead and delivered anyhow. If I hadn't urgently needed a chair due to previous one collapsing I would have refused receipt of the delivery.

One would expect that a £300 office chair would be designed and manufactured to a fairly high standard, which isn't the case at all. Products are no better than any high street outlet and are WAY overpriced for the quality; it is a fact that an equivalent could easily be sourced for half the price.

Design flaws and inferior construction - Adjustable arms are ludicrous as they only fix in height and not width or angle so therefore are constantly moving around every time you move your arm; components that are mobile WILL wear very quickly. Head rest is actually more like a neck rest, so long as you angle your head back at 90° as it sits several inches back from the body and so low that it only meets the shoulders/neck. This is also only held on to the chair via a cheap plastic plate, that is also mobile, fixed only with 2 screws through the thin plastic chair back - expect this component to fail quickly. Castors are also made of lightweight plastic which, as such things do, will likely deteriorate rapidly. Overall, construction is ramshackle with no feeling of solidity, making it a reasonable prospect that given 12 months of daily usage a replacement will be necessary. Comfort is reasonable but nowhere near as comfortable as my previous IKEA chair which was half the price and lasted me a full 10 years (I had the exact same model prior to that which also lasted 10 years).

I highly recommend to avoid this company and look elsewhere. I most certainly will not be purchasing anything from them again. I guess I'll be back in IKEA in a years time.

When there were issues with the delivery, I was refunded immediately and without question. I then got a better deal in a sale, and the fully-assembled chair arrived promptly.

Good products and easy to order. There was a delay in delivery from the supplier but Nadia handled this really well and kept me updated on a regular basis, great customer service which goes a very long way!

I bought a chair as a Christmas present. It was easy to navigate the website and place the order. It was delivered before specified. It was easy to assemble. And it's very comfortable.

The chair we ordered was grey. They messaged telling me the chair was out of stock and they only had it in black. The black chair was more expensive but they offered me it for the original price. I took the offer as it was a Christmas gift and they didn’t know when the grey would be back in stock. My only problem is that 3 days later the website still said the grey was in stock. They are either not updating their website properly which is poor or they are allowing customers to buy the chair they know they don’t have, then tell them after it was out of stock. People think they are getting a deal because the black chair is more expensive but I think there is something more going on. The chair itself is lovely. Well made, comfortable, great for larger users.
