NAAC Application Process
NAAC was recommended by the GMC service center. I had obtained the NAAC phone number from the service center. They verified Chaiz was an authorized third party dealer for NAAC. I completed the online application and verified what I put in the application with Jerry Lorient. Jerry was very thorough in explaining areas where I had questions. He also validated that the form was completed correctly. I was pleased with the product and the service I already received.

I talked to (Jerry Lorient), and the senior Vice President (Erick Fettingis).. They both seemed very honest and was very informative about what kind of policy i was getting for my vehicle.. They throughly went through all the details on the policy i purchased... Jerry put me in good hands with a good coverage.. I Was iffy at first but they made me feel comfortable about what i was getting... I think Chaiz is very good so I'm going to keep my policy.. they're have very affordable rates for your vehicle.. I was honestly just shopping around for extended warranties and getting quotes for my vehicle.. I have had bad experiences with previous warranty companies and alot of them did not have alot to offer i guess because the high mileage on my vehicle.. some didn't even want to cover certain components on my vehicle.. Chaiz had everything i was pretty much looking for.. I'm quite satisfied

I called in to talk to a real person. Eric Fettingis was willing to answer all my questions and suggested a few other options to think about when purchasing my coverage. CHAIZ website is very user friendly something you can do on your own if you want to go that route. It’s month to month you can cancel at any time as well. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some extra coverage on your vehicle.
