I had warranty though this company but when I turned a claim in and after two months my claim was denied so I cancel my warranty with them and I willnt go back to them they should take you money every month but willnt help when you turn a claim in I’m still waiting on my full refund from this company so if I was you guys I would always read small prints before you agree with this company they suck

At Chaiz, we act as an independent marketplace, connecting customers with vehicle service contract administrators, much like how a travel website connects travelers with airlines and hotels. While we facilitate the purchase of these contracts, we do not process claims or have authority over the specific terms and conditions set by the contract administrators.
In your case with ServiceContracts.com, the claim was unfortunately denied due to their requirement for proof of regular maintenance and the lack of maintenance to your vehicle, as outlined in the contract. This is a common industry standard and something mentioned in the agreement. We understand how these details can sometimes be overwhelming, and we regret that this has negatively impacted your experience.
Regarding your request for cancellation and refund, all policies come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and follow the industry standard of a 30-day/1,000-mile waiting period. Your coverage began on 02/12/2025, and the claim was filed in mid-April and has been cancelled. If your policy had been paid in full upfront, a prorated refund would be issued upon cancellation. However, since your plan was purchased on a month-to-month payment basis, you are only responsible for payments on a month-to-month basis to keep your coverage active. So, in other words, you're paying per month for that month's protection.
