I have a different type of review for this property. I had a group of friends staying here for a special occasion for which I could not attend. I contacted the owners ahead of time to help me with a small request so my friends would feel my love and wishes of joy from the U.S.The owners were friendly and very responsive. I value this type of interaction and think although I was not physically there, service is a large part of this industry and it’s worth noting. When traveling, having a responsive host at your accommodations takes a lot of stress off your plate.

In addition, when my friends arrived at the villa, they sent me a video tour and commented on how perfect it was for their party of 13. The inside was really spacious, had plenty of beds, an actual crib to be added to any room if you have a baby, a high chair, and was packed to the brim with amenities. I’m a mom and I appreciate the luxury of not having to lug baby gear. I have to also say that having a place to stay with a washer and dryer is such a huge help because you have to pack less! There are also plenty of pool chairs and the grounds are well-manicured.

My friends had a blast and loved their stay at the property. This place truly has everything you need. It’s like being at home except you’re in a beautiful villa in Spain!

We stayed as a large group of old boys wanting to relax, have a beer and a dip in the pool.
Perfect place!!! Could not fault it.
Everything you need is near by. The host is brilliant.
Will be returning next year without a doubt!!!

Booked this villa direct with the owners, brilliant communication first of all with the owners and we’re always on hand for anything we felt we needed.

The villa was located near the centre of Benidorm and no more than €10 in a taxi to anywhere and between a few of us was only a few € each. The villa had everything we could have asked for, was immaculately clean on arrival and would definitely return here once again.

Just got back from this apsolute hidden gem of a villa. It caters for apsolutely everything from a large party to multiple family's. We had a stag doo of 10 and everyone commented on how awesome it was. ( Just as well as I booked it haha ) we had a late arrival due to a 3 hour flight delay but the host went out of their way to unable us to get in inside swiftly. Even left some cold beers and Fanta in the fridge which was a realy nice touch. Every room was immaculate, beds were comfy and the air conditioning throughout the house kept temperatures nice. The garden area was amazing and where we spent most of our downtime relaxing in the sun. The gas bbq was another great addition which we utilised . All in all we couldn't of wished for a better stay. 10-12 min downhill walk to old town beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. Then a further 30 mins walk along the front with a flight of steps to modern benidorm ( lively part ) we walked every day and was a pleasant walk. I would however recommend getting a taxi back ( under 10 euros )

There is a small convenience shop inside the hotel opposite ( 3 min walk ) or a mini market about 8 min walk ( bottom of the hill ).

All in all i would definitely be returning to this villa if I was in benidorm again. Thankyou for our stay

We booked directly through Chaletbenidorm.com I was a bit unsure given all the scams but I called the number and was greeted with excellent customer service which put my mind at rest. I continued to have regular contact with the host asking various questions. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The villa itself was perfect for what we needed, rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, pool clean and BBQ area ready and prepared. We have a great time and would definitely book again!

We were staying 4 nights with a group of 16 people in beautiful Villa Chalet Benidorm.

Communication before, during and after vacation was effortless with the host. Villas kitchen was equipped with all basic equipment you could think off and the both floors were AC'd with it's own units. We didn't need to sweat in side even it was around 30 deg & sunny outside for the whole stay.

Inner yard with pool was cozy and you could find enough sunbathing beds & spots with shadows depending your own preference. It's worth mentioning we spent almost whole time at the Villa in this inner yard. The neighbourhood was quiet and only ~10 mins walk from the beach.

Overall I would give a great recommendation for the place.

We stayed at Chalet Benidorm in February 2023 and really enjoyed our time there. The villa is spacious and very clean. The facilities are fantastic, and the owners couldn't be more helpful. They took the trouble to check in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with our accommodation. It was just the right distance from Benidorm the keep our break away fun but also restful.
We enjoyed the sun, the great food and the laughter that came along with it.
Thank you Fran for a memorable holiday in your beautiful property...I am sure we will try to return.

My party had an amazing stay, villa had everything we needed, great value property, host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

What a great place for a large group!. We thought this would be perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children, their partners, 2 adult grandchildren and 3 little ones aged 4 and under. 13 in total. And we were not wrong; it really felt like a home for the week. We were very warmly welcomed by Manuel, a member of the host family, with a quick and efficient check in. Although the villa is of an older style it has great charm, is very spacious and well equipped with everything very clean.The AC was wonderful in the searing summer heat. Beautiful and well established gardens and the pool and BBQ were sensational. Very private and secluded in a residential area uphill from the Pontiente beach which we preferred to Levante beach. We found everywhere was best explored on foot even though it was a bit of an uphill slog back to the villa but taxis are very reasonably priced and in abundance. CONSUM supermarket is at the bottom of the hill in a side street opposite Parque Foietes and we used it regularly. Great bars and restaurants.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa for a larger group and thank Fran and Maria for the highly professional and friendly way in which they handled our booking from the initial enquiry over a year ago right up to the day we left the villa. We booked directly with them with absolute confidence that we were in good hands and with a cost that was remarkably good value. I hope we can find an occasion to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt really welcomed and the villa was perfect for our group. There were 8 of us staying, and there was room for even more.
Lovely pool and BBQ area, and all of the villa was clean and well kept.

What a great villa to enjoy with friends or family. Pool lovely and clean, great bbq area, close to the main town, well equiped and comparing with other large villas it is very reasonably priced. Fran and Maria the owners were very helpful and accommodating. All in all a fabulous place to stay. Many thanks. Jason
