I've done a few walking challenges with CC which have been excellent. So I tried a 3 peaks in the lake district (part of the 3 peaks series) it was amazing, tough and very challenging. This was my first mountain hike, but definitely a great experience. Highly recommend this and any of the CC experiences. The team put so much effort into creating and organising these events. If your looking for a challenge and meeting new people this is the place to start.

I was part of a group taking part in the Yorkshire three peaks challenge. The support team from CC were brilliant from start to finish, with drinks and snacks before we started and also at the checkpoints during the day, expert advice and support both in the run-up and during the day, taking the stress out of the day, and then celebratory drinks at the end of the day. Couldn't speak more highly of them, thank you.

I recently took part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge through a charity event organised at my place of work. The support from Challenge Central was absolutely fantastic. I can honestly say that they made the day unforgettable. To turn up and have all the food, snacks and drinks we could need and space in the van for our belongings just meant I could relax and enjoy the day. We had two guides on the walk and they were brilliant, friendly, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I felt safe and happy the whole time. Between each peak the support vehicle was there waiting for us with drinks and food and at the end had a selection of chilled alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for us, plus a medal! I can’t fault them at all, an all round brilliant day and I had a smile on my face the whole time.

I've just finished a fantastic week of cycling around the north coast of Scotland supported by the Challenge Central Team. I'm an experienced cyclist and have cycled the Alps, Pyrenees, Dolomites etc so I know what a cycling challenge is, and should be. This was one of the very best!
Every detail of our trip was planned for us, and executed perfectly along the way. Bikes, hotels, rooms, meals, stops, routes, bags were all sorted in meticulous detail. The support staff were excellent too. We had a bike mechanic, a doctor, a paramedic and ride leaders with us every day in the group to guide and encourage the riders. Many of our group were novice cyclists and the Challenge Central guys helped, encouraged and taught them along the way.
More than all of the organisation, the professionalism and the logistics of our challenge, my enduring memory of the experience that Challenge Central produced for us was epic fun!
I had a very real sense that their ultimate goal was to make our experience genuinely enjoyable. Regardless of your skill or ability the team made sure that everyone on the trip were catered to and cared for along the way. If another opportunity presents itself I would not hesitate to go with Challenge Central again. Yes, they know their stuff but more than that. they are just such genuinely fantastic people.

Has to be a 5 star review for Alan and the whole Challenge Central team on our NC500 cycle challenge. So many changes to the original plan which began in 2020! Support on route was superb and our luggage and bikes just seemed to appear and disappear each morning and evening perfectly on cue.
The food stops were perfect and accommodation just what was required

What an amazing experience. Just completed 5 days of cycling around the north coast of Scotland.
The trip went very smoothly from start to finish. This was down to the hard work and effort Challenge Central had clearly put in to make sure the trip was a success. They created a great sense of team spirit and support.

The organisation was fantastic. I didn’t have to worry about anything - the bikes were swept up and secured safely at the end of each day and ready to ride again the following morning. Bags dropped off at each place and then picked up and back on the van - all meals and accommodation sorted.

Fantastic support from all the Challenge Central guys and a fantastic personable bunch too who took the time to really get to know us. Would definitely recommend - couldn’t have asked for more.

I spent a fabulous week undertaking an amazing challenge with the real life A Team. Alan, aka Hannibal, love’s it when a plan comes together, Trev “BA Barracus” is driving the van but ain’t getting on no plane, Ant is the Face and riding shotgun is “Howling mad” (Mark) murdoch. They even have a black van with a red stripe!!

So if you have an adventure in mind, and want someone to help, maybe you too can hire the challenge central team.

I’m certain there are several companies that claim to offer “fully supported” trips and adventures, but these guys truly deliver!
Our location got changed = no problem!
Our date got changed = no problem!
Weather was not playing ball = no problem!
We were in truly remote locations but still no problem.
If you want memories that will last a lifetime, and friendships that last just as long then it’s an easy choice.
You will NOT regret it, and I’m sure you will want to do it again!

I've just had one of the best (and hardest) weeks of my life thanks to Challenge Central! Alan and the team were amazing all week long and put in an unbelievable amount of hard work prior to our cycle around the North Coast of Scotland, to make it as seamless as possible, despite the challenging weather, terrain and endless changes that were needed because of the pandemic. They were friendly, professional and so supportive throughout. It made the tough physical challenge all the more memorable and enjoyable! I'd highly recommend one of their trips...and may even book myself onto their Slovenia Cycle in the future!

Absolutely brilliant bunch of people. One of the hardest yet most rewarding trips I have been on and there was nothing but positivity. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Just travelling home from the Scottish NC500 Cycle ride and reflecting on what an amazing experience it was. Challenge Central were superb from start to finish, their genuine passion for the event and willingness to change and adapt as the week went on made the whole trip one that I will never forget.
Alan and his team should be immensely proud of getting 14 people around the route in really challenging weather. Even when it was blowing a gale and raining the team had a smile of their faces, offering advise, support and most importantly great food and cafe stops!
I’m already thinking about which of their challenges to do next. If you haven’t done a challenge before then pick this company to do your first. If you have done one then you should sign up for one tomorrow, you will not regret it!!!

Just finished the Inverness to John O’Groats cycle challenge.

Alan and the team at CC were simply brilliant. For what must have been a logistical nightmare, the experience was seamless. From bike collections; accommodation; to catering; car transportation and most of all support and motivation.

The best teams operate tirelessly behind the scenes to make for a fantastic experience for the end user. Alan’s team is definitely one of these!

Thank you so much to Alan, Lorraine, Mike, Trevor, Mark, Selina, and anyone else I’ve missed.

I was delighted to be part of the Letchworth to Welwyn Garden City walk.
It was a fantastic route that took in lots of local sights. The walk was very pleasant and not too technical. The company was amazing and lots of fun was had by all.

Really enjoyed our walk from Letchworth to Welwyn, very well organised and great fun.

Went on the New Year 15K walk on 2nd January. Great morning out with other walkers of all ages, shapes and sizes. The crew at Challenge Central made everyone welcome, kept us to a good pace and rewarded us with treats at the start, at the midpoint and after the walk.
